Tokyu Stay Takanawa Shinagawa Area

The hotel is in a central location and is nearby two train stations. Only a 2-minute walk to the closest station, and 20-minute train ride from most popular tourist destinations in Tokyo. While small, the room still had a decent amount of space for two people. The in-room washer/dryer was a great plus. The room included a kitchen sink, small fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, utensils, and humidifier. The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool in the summer heat. There is a luggage scale in the main lobby which was very useful before heading to the airport. If you want to use their luggage transport service to the airport you have to book it the night before, which we didn't realize. They provide varying levels of room cleaning depending on what you want: do not disturb, minimal cleaning (take out trash and switch towels), or replace only towels and don't enter the room (you have to set your dirty towels outside your room). The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn't arrive until around 2AM and yet there was still someone there to help us check in and figure everything out. They provide breakfast downstairs for a fee, however we didn't go down early enough to have it. The bathroom was nice and included a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. They had complimentary toiletries available as needed, such as toothbrush/paste, hairbrush, Q-tips, etc.

Hotel molt còmode, net i amb servei impecable. Molt ben situat, just al costat de estació de metro d'Asakusa line. Té rentadora-assecadora a l'habitació. Esmorzar molt bo.

This place was perfectly located, clean, quiet, and really affordable. We picked this because of the short train ride to Haneda, but honestly it was well located so we were able to get everywhere in a reasonable amount of time.

I’ve stayed here several times now. Always so clean, modern, and a great location. I will be back again.

Comfortable beds and nice size bathroom. Nice to have washer and dryer, fridge and microwave. Close to train stations and on bus routes. Excellent staff at check in and out counter.

Tutto, l’avere anche la lavasciuga in camera con tanto di detersivo è stata una svolta, in aggiunta a tutti gli ottimi servizi tipici di tanti alberghi giapponesi.

L’albergo si trova in una zona meno turistica, in rapida evoluzione, residenziale e circondata da uffici per questo ben servita, molto ben collegata all’aeroporto di Haneda e frequentata soprattutto da
persone che lavorano: secondo me perfetta se si vuole alloggiare in un luogo uscendo un po’ dalla bolla del turista. Nel quartiere sono comunque presenti luoghi culturali d’interesse che rendono piacevole una bella passeggiata.
