Very convenient Location!
Pros:

Very convenient location.
The hotel is 1min away from Sengakuji station.
Also, less than 5 minutes away from Takanawa Gateway Station.

Cons:

Excelente todo, mi habitación tenía hasta lavadora, el baño automático y puertos usb que me salvaron la vida

Lo único que las vistas de mi habitación eran a la pared, no recuerdo si te deja reservar una con otras vistas. Lo único, luego todo lo demás recomendadisimo

お部屋に洗濯機もあり最高のロケーションホテル。
Pros:

まずロケーションが最高でした。お部屋も清潔で快適。また泊まります。高輪ゲートウェイ駅が思ったより近くNewman高輪のショッピエリアも楽しかったです。本当に便利でした。また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

洗濯機の使い方の説明書がいまいち分かりづらい。普通に洗濯乾燥を選んでも洗濯だけの状態で止まっていました。２度チャレンジしましたが・・
私が使いこなせなかっただけかも知れせん。

此次為第二次入住，停留六晚。附近新建的購物中心購物或散步都很舒服。
Pros:

房間內有洗衣機和微波爐，不用攜帶過多換洗衣物及方便加熱食物。此次入住房型有一較大桌面，方便在房內簡單用餐或書寫閱讀。離泉岳寺站和高輪站很近，搭乘東京交通系統十分方便。附近用餐亦有多樣選擇。

Pros:

立地が良い。京急を利用すれば羽田まで乗り換え無しで行ける。高輪ゲートウェイCityにも京急の改札前から地下で繋がれば(未完)JR利用も益々便利。

Pros:

The staff was above and beyond throughout the stay.

One of them even escorted me and helped me take out change from an atm near buy while it was raining so that I dont miss my train.
Hotel was clean.

Cons:

The windows are blurred with tape and it creates a claustrophobic feeling. And there is no lobby to sit at.

Excelente relación calidad precio . Localización muy recomendada
Pros:

Excelente localización , buena cama y ducha potente . Tamaño habitación más grande que la media en Japón . Desayuno rico y buena atención .
Línea circular y otra directa a aeropuerto haneda a 2 minutos de la puerta . La zona está cerca de todo pero es muy tranquila y se agradece después de patear la ciudad . Tiene varios konbinis cerca y dejan comer comida de fuera en el lobby .

Cons:

Las almohadas eran buenas pero bajas para mi gusto , pero es algo muy subjetivo y pude dormir perfectamente

Exceptional location
Pros:

Hotel location is perfect for in/out from Narita and Haneda airport. There is direct subway access both airports. Hotel offers complementary luggage delivery from Haneda airport to hotel. The in room washer works very well and clean. In room washer is essential when visiting Tokyo during sweltering summer.

Cons:

Our room is facing a building, room doesn't get much sunshine.
