Pros:

The room had everything we needed and even washing machine. The products provided as well as hair dryer were high quality. Still contemplating about buying that ReFa hair dryer! The metro station is just around the corner. 7/11 and Family Mart are very close by. Coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was combination of Japanese and western cuisines. The luggage drop off is also available from Haneda airport for no charge.

Very Friendly Staff, Close to the Stations, Good Breakfast and Coffee , Comfy Beds
Pros:

Best thing about this location its only a 1 minute walk from the station and one stop away from the JR lines, it was never too busy, good coffee in the lobby available almost all day, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and it wasnt far away from anything

Perfect hotel to get away from crowds
Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed and a great location to get to everywhere I wanted with 2 train station options and multiple lines, and direct train to Haneda... Also away from the tourist crowds which is beautiful for a ND girl. I will definitely stay again.

Cons:

There's not a heap of small food options in the area (nearby NEWoMan does have some beautiful options), however nearby Mita, Daimon and Shinagawa has everything you could want. Including a wonderful supermarket near Mita.

Pros:

L'hôtel est propre et moderne. Il est très proche du métro et des lignes directes pour l'aéroport.
La chambre est de taille correcte.

Cons:

En dehors de la proximité vers l'aéroport, l'emplacement n'est pas génial.

超乎預期的住宿體驗
Pros:

雖然不是觀光熱門的住宿選擇地點，但高輪這邊真的很新，而且晚上很安靜，飯店也相當新穎，設備都很好，房間應該也比正市區的飯店還要大一點，吹風機與蓮蓬頭都用很高級的，備品也非常齊全，服務也很好，離地鐵站與JR站都很近很方便，附近最近的超商與超市也稍微走一下就到的了，樓下還有一間拉麵店，整體來說非常開心住在這裡。

Cons:

雖然說房間大小比市區的大一點，但還是不大，兩個28吋行李箱是可以在地上打開，但會變得稍微壅擠，除此之外沒什麼好挑剔的了。

A really nice, reasonably priced stay, close to train lines.
Pros:

Property was located very close to the Asakusa and Yamanote lines (100m), the staff were really friendly, the room was perfect for a couple, it was clean, tidy. A great base to go exploring from.
