We did not complete our stay at your hotel and checked out early on 23 August due to the unacceptable conditions.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was much smaller than shown in the booking photos and was not clean. My young son became ill due to the poor cleanliness of the room, particularly the dirty carpet.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the unused nights. Please process the refund as soon as possible and provide written confirmation without further delay.
