Pros:

If you are coming to visit BKK hospital, holiday inn Express is the perfect location. It's literally less than 5 min for every hospital building. Additionally, they are covered under buggy facilities, so people with mobility issues can easily commute to the hospital. The staff understands that most of the visitors are here for doctor visits, so they care for you with warmth and understanding. The staff are great.
I especially have to mention the housekeeping team of 3rd floor who are every so polite. The dining staff are great as well.
They also keep some halal item on the menu for muslim visitors .

Cons:

Perhaps by design, the place focuses on the comfort of the hospital visitors, but as attendees, I did not have many amenities to avail . Roof or garden wasn't open, and there wasn't any pool either. So, I really had nothing to do to wind down after a day of hectic hospital runs.

Location is great.
Pros:

The location was convenient, very close to Bangkok Hospital. They also have a buggy device to take us to the hospital which made it easier.

Cons:

The service was good especially the clean staff who were excellent as well as the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not always great, they were not always welcoming or accommodating which affected our experience. Hopefully they will improve as the front desk is the first and last impression of staying at a hotel.
