We stay here while my husband was getting cancer treatment at Georgetown Hospital. Will and Leslie went over and above to make us feel comfortable. Room was great and the entire STAFF was excellent. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was great and the social on Wed was GREAT! I have never stayed at a hotel where the ENTIRE staff was so nice, kind and catered to our every need. I will always stay at this hotel in the future and recommend it to everyone. Will the Manager was just absolutely fantastic to us as well as Leslie and all of the STAFF. I’ve stayed here before because of the quality of life and a wonderful stay. I returned again for that very reason and it’s the same as before only better. Definitely home away from home with hotel perks.

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and couldn’t have picked a better location. The staff was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the local Metro station was the cherry on top — it made getting around incredibly convenient.

My experience at Homewood Suites was outstanding. The rooms were awesome. The customer service is next level. Your staff always greets you as soon as they see you. I will always stay here whenever I am visiting DC.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and had an amazing breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed our stay here. We came all the way from Florida-NYC-Washington and would recommend to anyone. Besides that the location is great is close to near restaurants and can take a 5-10min uber to see Lincoln Memorial and White House. Overall we loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were large and very accommodating for families. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the walk is easy to metro and several beautiful monuments.

Terrible money grabbing facility. Don't do it. Can't be trusted. No valuing customers.
I booked a 3 week stay at aprox $375/night. Due to unforeseen circumstances, i had to shorten the booking (not entirely change dats) to 2 weeks. The booking included no penalty for changes they said. But........The room rate then increased to $535/ night - effectively costing the same as the three week price. That is a 42.67% increase. We have stayed here before - the rooms are perfectly fine, but this is disgusting. We are now cancelling our business bookings here to. If you look now - the prices for the same period are back to $375ish. Disgusting way to treat people. Run.

Homewood Suites Arlington is top tier! Everyone, from the receptionist, food servers to the shuttle driver, makes you feel welcome. You know it is a great place when you see the same employees year after year! The manager, William Davis, sets the bar high! Homewood Suites Arlington truly feels like home!

Breakfast, parking on-site, cleanliness

The sales manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced in dealing with customer concerns.

Ravenna, night manager, was very friendly, helpful, and nice when we checked out in the early morning.

I was on the 5 th floor and my cleaning lady was super sweet and amazing at her job.. I’m not sure her name but she was of Chinese ethnicity.. we need more people like her!

Crishan was amazing at customer service and making me feel welcome here at the hotel! He is a definite asset to the company!

Honestly, everyone was great here.. I can say that no one comes to mind of being unkind or miserable in their job role while I was here for the last 100 days. This tells me that management is being good management by helping staff do their best in their job position clearing obstacles that may cause their performance to dip. Management is doing a good job by doing this type of leadership instead of trying to justify their job in management.. I would recommend anyone to come stay here..
