Cons:

The Staff is very good, except the manager who was glitching. Top floor rooms full of humidity destroyed floors, it rained the whole room was flooded with water..he relocated us in a smaller room one bed for 2 persons. Barely got a refund for not even half a day

Locations awesome. Good WiFi. Good TV. Nice bed. Nice air con. Good clean outside room.

Cons:

Cooking facilities but nothing to cook with. But maybe because appartment to be fair. Not the cleanest room ever. Water retained in the bathroom and wouldn’t drain away.

Nice hotel but missing the basics
Pros:

The hotel Emerald Luxury has very good potential because it has very comfortable beds and is nicely furnished, with a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen.

Cons:

Unfortunately the water was cold when I needed to take a shower and I had to wait until this morning after 11am to take my shower.
Also, the refrigerator was dripping water from the freezer all night on a big tray so it wasn't working. And there were no pots or silverware to actually use the kitchen available.
