サービスの行き届いたスパリゾートホテル
Pros:

全てが素晴らしかったです。リゾート気分を満喫できました。2食付き、また3時にはお茶やお菓子などのサービスもあり、お部屋にフルーツもいただけました。ビュッフェも種類が多くて満足です。プールや温泉、マッサージも楽しめました。
テラスに椅子や濡れた水着を干せる場所もあるのも良かったです。

Cons:

夜行バスで移動したので、朝9時頃にホテルに着きました。直ぐに休みたかったので、前日から部屋を取っていましたが、鍵を貰うまでにしばらく待ち、部屋に行ったらまだ掃除中でした。前日からの予約なのに何故？と感じました。
フロントの方々は男性も女性もちょっと無愛想でした。

Pros:

El hotel es un oasis de bien estar. Habitación muy agradable y bonitas vistas, piscina amplia y bien cuidada, áreas ajardinadas. Tiene parking.
Además cuenta con piscina termal interior y exterior. Muy recomendable.

Rent og smilende personale. Madem var god og nok varianter.
Du betaler for drikke varer om aftenen. 1 flaske vand er incl. med maden
Ellers meget familie venlig og rolig sted

Cons:

Alt var godt , synes der også måtte være gratis vand med aftensmaden . Ellers var det fint

The pool and thermal baths are good.

Cons:

It is actually a rehabilitation facility and a big one, setuo and organised to accomodate many people. We did not enjoy it as a short holiday stay.

Thermal pools are outstanding
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast package was excellent value, lots of choice on the buffet, loved the breads, honey, fruit and sushi. Swimming pool and thermal pool were excellent and open until late at night. Fabulous experience. Reception were very helpful to book hot air ballooning and for a lower price than I had seen elsewhere.

Cons:

The live evening entertainment is outside around the pool. It goes on very late and makes it hard to sleep.

Het was heel gezellig en vooral rustig..

De rust…

Cons:

Jammer dat de thee/koffie water/fris niet inclusief is. Na het avondeten is een kopje thee wel lekker maar dat was niet beschikbaar maar moesten we beneden op het terras bestellen. Het zou de accommodatie sieren als dit inclusief was. Verder hebben wij een hele leuke tijd gehad. Tot de volgende keer!!

Pros:

Lovely staff, rooms were clean and great to have interconnecting rooms for a family. Food was ok, nothing special. Thermal pools and spa were great - made the most of the included thermal pool, sauna, steam room, mud treatment cycle (though scraping clay from the floor of the pool to cover your face woth took some adjusting to!). Lovely for a night's stopover, not sure I'd want to stay longer. All well maintained (though the thermal water wasn't working in our room, we were promised it would be fixed but nobody came) but definitely Italy had a 90s feel to it!
