Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e davvero disponibile. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e siamo arrivati intorno alle 10:00, quindi in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto per la consegna della camera. Nonostante ciò, il signore alla reception (prrof di matematica☺)ci ha accolti con grande cortesia, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli e ci ha dato la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno. Anche il ragazzo che ci ha poi consegnato la camera molto gentile, idem la ragazza che gestiva la colazione. Molto cordiale e disponibile.
La stanza era praticamente un vero e proprio appartamento: molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla stazione, ma una volta arrivati non sembra affatto di trovarsi in una zona caotica. Al contrario, il quartiere è elegante, tranquillo e molto ben servito.
A piedi abbiamo potuto raggiungere comodamente la maggior parte delle principali attrazioni. Un altro aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è il fascino della struttura, situata all'interno di una caratteristica corte storica. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Assolutamente consigliato!

Konumu ve temizliği çok iyi, hareketli bir caddede olmasına rağmen oda çok sessiz ve konforlu. Çalışanları da çok güleryüzlü ve nazik hepsine teşekkür ediyorum, İşletme müdürleri hariç.

Otelin dışında sigara içip odaya yeni girdiğim bir anda, işletme sorumlusu hemen arkamdan kapıyı tıklayıp sanki odada sigara içmişim gibi kaba ve aşağılayıcı bir tavırla konuştu. Odaya yeni geldiğimi dışarıda içtiğimi anlatmaya çalışsam da beni dinlemedi. Oysa ki kamera kayıtlarına baksa bütün sabah odada olmadığımı ve saniyeler önce geldiğimi anlayabilirdi. Her ne olursa olsun Daha nazik olabilirdi. Ya da beni dinleyebilirdi. Hizmet sektöründe bu kadar kaba tavırlı insanlar neden var anlamıyorum, bazen kaldığınız yeri ne kadar beğenseniz de ufacık bir an her şeyi silebiliyor.

Beautiful well equipped hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful hotel manager, beautiful entry hall and perfect location, close but not too close to the main train station and sites. There is a cafe right outside the hotel where you can get coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited. The lift was very tiny but this is probably normal in Rome.

Pros:

Sijainti loistava Via Nazionalella. Kaikki palvelut pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen oli ihan ok. Perusasiat ihan saatavilla, vaikka ruokailutilat olivat melko pienet. Hyvin perinteinen italialainen aamiainen. Ilmastointi oli hyvä hotellihuoneessa..mikä tulikin tarpeeseen yli +35 asteen päivälämpötiloissa. Hotellin vastaanotto tosi mukava ja palvelualtis.

Cons:

Vuode oli vähän turhan pehmeä selälleni, mutta menetteli. Huone oli tosi kompakti (11m2), mutta kelpasi tähän oleskeluun. Ei siellä kuitenkaan halunnut viettää aikaa kuin mikä oli tarpeen.
