Nos encantó todo. La atención del personal, la ubicación, la habitación amplia, la tranquilidad, camas y almohadas cómodas. No lo sabíamos, pero había un rinconcito con cosas para desayunar y una nevera con refrescos que estaban totalmente incluidas en el precio. Fue una grata sorpresa.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, las tuberías olían un poco, pero ventilando desaparecía el olor.

Una grata sorpresa
Pros:

Una grata sorpresa, lo cogimos de última hora y fue perfecto. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas. El personal muy agradable, concretamente el chico que nos atendió a la llegada y nos explicó todo. Tienen un rincón en la entrada con snacks gratuitos y dispensador de agua, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Las vistas desde el solarium a la Giralda eran muy bonitas. Totalmente recomendable y repetible.

Great gem of a hotel, but some rooms to be avoided
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff, fantastic roof terrace and access to tea/coffee and snacks

Cons:

Unfortunately I was allocated a room right beside the reception area. It was very hot and I was disturbed during the night by people congregating just outside my room. If Id had a room upstairs it would have been a much pleasanter stay.

Muhteşem bir konumu var. Neredeyse tüm turistik noktalara sadece bir kaç dakika. 7/24 açık barı var. Soğuk ve sıcak içicek seçenekleri,çikolatalı Kuruvasan ,meyve ve müsli çeşitleriyle ücretsiz bir şekilde istediğiniz zaman kendiniz alıp atıştırabilirsiniz. Gezip sıcaktan yorulduğumuz an otele dönüp, az dinlenip soğuk birşeyler içimek bize çok iyi geldi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydvı.Akşam terasında kısa molalar vermeyi de sevdik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

202 numaralı odada ki yatak biraz fazla ses çıkarıyordu. Yatak değiştirilirse çok daha konforlu olacağını düşünüyorum.

La amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, tanto a mi llegada como a la salida con persona diferente (Francisco). Gracias ! El que tuviera un pequeño Office (para tomar un café, croissants, palmeritas, coger zumos y agua o refrescos de la nevera) a disposición del cliente, mientras está alojado, ha sido todo una sorpresa a la par que un lujo.
La habitación, estupenda, fresquita para lo que estaba cayendo fuera (47-40 grados). Ah, la ubicación, excelente! Si vuelvo a Sevilla, sé dónde alojarme.
