Easy to get around and the staff are fantastic

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage mit Aussicht auf die Wand des Nachbargebäudes: Es war immer dunkel. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, so dass man ständig die Lüftung laufen lassen musste. Tauschen war nicht möglich, weil angeblich alles ausgebucht war…

Très bon rapport qualité - prix.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du mémorial, de la gare, et du quartier commerçant. Confort de la chambre et du spa.

Cons:

Le service du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus soigné. Une seule machine à café avec de l’attente régulière, vaisselle parfois manquante (tasses notamment). Un peu dommage de prendre un café dans un verre en carton ! Produits type yaourt et jus d’orange souvent manquants. Il n’est pas confortable de quémander dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Un vrai plaisir en milieu ultra urbain

La proximité des commerces.
Le onsen est grandement apprécié en fin de journée avec une vue magnifique en extérieur.

Cons:

L’accueil au 13eme étage est surprenant.

Pros:

Really good location, lots nearby and well connected for going on trips further out. Breakfast was good, buffet style with a decent amount of choice to suit. There is an onsen at this hotel and if you have tattoos, great news - you're allowed to use it...between 11pm and 2am (but at least you can use it!)

Cons:

Expect long waiting times to do anything - only two lifts and they're quite small too. There are also only 4 washer/dryer units so again, you could end up waiting in a queue if you want to do any washing. Whilst they were super friendly and helpful, there didn't seem to be many staff around, so again, you could be waiting a while to check in or to get breakfast or even to get some tea/coffee for the room because unlike other amenities, you need to get these from the front desk.

人手が足りないということなのか、ホスピタリティがたりないあのか、工夫が足りないのか、その全てなのか、といった感想です。
ツーリストの団体が上階のフロントに向かうのに大きなスーツケースもあることで、一度に3から4人しか上がれず、夕方ということもあり一階のエレベーター前に長蛇の列ができエレベーターに10分並んでも乗れない事態となっていました。せめてスーツケースは別で預かり業務用エレベーターであげるなり、コントロールすべきです。忙しいから何もできません、はあまりにも不誠実だと感じました。チェックアウトに関しても、領収書が欲しかったのですがなかなかフロントスタッフには伝わらない様子でした。そもそも人数もすくないのか、待っていても声かけもアイコンタクトすることもなく、ただ立ち尽くして待つのみ、お待たせしましたの一言もありません。
今後の利用はありません。

Brand new hotel, great value and location.
Pros:

Great location, rooms were spacious for Japan standard. Brand new appliances and forniture. Onsen and view are a plus.

Cons:

Check-in is in 13th floor and rooms are in lower levels. Elevators are quite crowded in certain hours.

便利な場所で過ごしやすい

スパがついているところ

Cons:

食器が洗われてなく、そのまま置いてありました。
