목욕탕이 너무 좋아요. 노천탕이랑 사우나도 있어서 밤에 피로풀기 좋았어요.
목욕탕 씻는 곳이 좀 적어서 붐비는 시간엔 씻기가 어려웠어요.

Room is adequate, location is not great, customer service is terrible.
This hotel takes advantage of non Japanese people. I booked a room for two nights, and due to travel delays, could only stay for one night. I checked in on the second night, with lodging at a different property and location arranged for the third night. My return flight was canceled because of a typhoon, so I asked if I could move the night I paid for to a fourth night because I was stranded in Hiroshima. I was told that this was not a problem, and I could come back with no issue since I paid for two nights. I even confirmed this when I checked out the following morning. One of the individuals that helped me to check in on the first day, was also present when I checked in for my second stay. He made eye contact with me, then looked away and allowed the second person with no background information check me in. The second person barely spoke to me, exchanged information with the original person that spoke to me in Japanese, then ignored me all together. The person who checked me in the first day then informed me that the information I was originally given was incorrect, they would not give me a refund for the night that I did not stay here, and I had to pay for an additional night. This was a huge red flag, because he was there when I checked in the first night, was fully aware of the conversation, and expected my return. I was the only non Japanese speaker in the lobby at the time. If I had been told that I would have to eat the cost of the night that I did not use when I checked in the first night, I would have found lodging closer to the airport. Even if it was a mistake, this was the hotel’s mistake and not mine. I feel dismissed and discriminated against. If you are not Japanese or Japanese speaking, I would not recommend this hotel. The complete 180 and dismissive behavior was offensive. It put a dark cloud over an otherwise pleasant experience. If you want to enjoy Hiroshima, and have limited experience in Japan/Japanese culture stay some where else.
Nice clean room with little sofa. Lovely view from lobby and beautifull free spa on top of building. 15 min walk to all the main sights.

Great location for being near all the major sites! Near transportation which was a plus.
