For a slightly urgent stay it got the job done.
Pros:

It was in a good location. And Trinity did a great job getting us checked in even though she was new and having a rough day.

Cons:

There was this weird smell once you left the check in area to get to the elevators. The smell in the elevator was even worse. There were also pets allowed on the property which wouldn't have been a big deal if the pet upstairs wasn't walking back and forth over our head all night. And to top it all off we encountered multiple roaches in our room.

Great Customer Service!
Pros:

I can’t thank the staff at this Extended Stay location enough for all of their hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout our stay here. My family found this location as a last-minute need for housing and everything from our talks with reservations to check-in time has been smooth and very accommodating. Any issues that we encountered was taken care of right away and every staff member has been understanding, kind, and supportive! We’ve interacted a number of times with Ms. Deborah (Front Desk Manager), Leah (Front Desk), Mariah (Front Desk), and the other Front Desk team members in the evening/late night, as well as maintenance, and I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Thank you all so much for all that you do! 😊
