Pros:

Roaches, I killed 6 of them. Floor was filthy! Didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a month!

Pretty good, I was in a tight transitioning between an Air B&B and booking this very last minute
Pros:

I like that normally there is a stale smell in rooms at places like that and there was one there but it was super faint barely noticeable. It was pretty clean too. Bed was comfy.

I saw 2 residential roaches but to be expected I guess since families live there
