Widać, że mieszkanie ma ok. 10 lat. Jest już częściowo uszkodzone. Mieszkanie nie było wystarczająco posprzątane - na stoliku oraz w łazience na podłodze dużo włosów. Wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe. Meble kuchenne zaprojektowane niewygodnie, sprzyjając kontuzjom.
