アーバイン東京・上野北千住さんで本当に良かったです！
Pros:

シアター1010の観劇の為に側のホテルで選びました！シアター1010から方向音痴の私でも迷わず行けましたしスタッフさんもとても親切で(男性のスタッフさんでした)次回もシアター1010の観劇がありましたら絶対ここのホテルを選びます❗
朝食バイキングがあるのも分かりましたので次回はお願いしたいです(知らなかったのでコンビニで買ってました)

Pros:

駅まで近い事。
駅近なのに繁華街から少し外れてて静かだった事。
フリードリンクがあった事。
モーニングブッフェが1000円と安い事！

Cons:

シーツが雑巾みたいな臭いがしたけどもう寝るとこだったので交換も頼まずそのまま寝ました。

Standard Japanese Hotel with a Bitter Welcome
Pros:

I liked that there were free drinks (non-alcoholic) available in the lobby and we were on the 6th floor. It was quiet.
Room had a fridge, working AC, WiFi, TV, the standards stuff.

Cons:

The first impression wasn't great. As a foreign resident of Japan I presented my zairyu card and when asked if they can copy it I said no. As it is against the law to photocopy the residents card. But they were quite insistent unaware of this law. After a small confrontation they understood and didn't copy but it was a bitter start.
The room was fine, small and too many light switches, the bed was meh, as usual I had to ask for a second pillow, I don't know why hotels think a flat single pillow is sufficient.
My partner who is 194cm couldn't stand up straight in the shower, so that was uncomfortable for him, me as 172cm could just fit.
For 14,000 yen a night I don't think it was worth it, maybe 12,000 tops would be more accurate for what you get.
