Good location
Pros:

All staff were greats and location was good also. Not far from night market and Ao Nang beach.

Cons:

First thing was head shower was not working properly. Always leaking all time. Second was cold or hot temperature shower was not stable.

Le personnel et le lieu géographique de l’établissement près des boutiques et des restaurants

Cons:

Les évacuations de l’hôtel sont en mauvais état. L’immeuble 5 est trop loin de la réception, sans ascenseur. Les travaux font beaucoup de bruit, il aurait fallu fermer cet immeuble le temps des travaux.

Everything was fine from check in to check out only the problem is aircond was hot you can't adjust the air conditioner in the room 1205 and 1303 was the room asign to me both rooms was hot during the nite we did complain to front desk but was told the technician will attend to the room nothing much was done only the maintenance guy come and press a few bottons on the control panel in the room and when out to the balcony to check on the compresor and said all ok but it was not rectified. Overall was ok breakfast was ok and the best part it's just walking distance to 7Elevent which can be accessed 24 7 from the back of the hotel.Looking for halal food there is this hotel located just out side the hotel few metters away is called Rezeki restaurant nice and affordable.

Poor quality and smelly room
Cons:

Smelly room, we informed the staff but they never came to check! Towels were very smelly too. The shower door was not closing properly.

Good, comfortable hotel in Ao Nang
Pros:

When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. The staff were very friendly. The pool is excellent. The room was spacious with a long balcony. We had a comfortable bean bag chair and a mini fridge. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is ideal. It’s about a 8-minute walk to the beach. There are great massage parlors and shops nearby. I recommend exchanging money in Bangkok and preferably exchanging a larger amount, because the exchange rate in Ao Nang is not that good. There is also a great little “kiosk” next to the hotel where you can book ATM adventures and island-hopping boat trips. The staff provide informative and friendly explanations about everything, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
