It was convenient for the Airport. It was clean, tidy and simple to check in.
Walking distance from airport and also to Mascot station.
Small, but nice room and bathroom. Beautiful penthouse, where actually reception is, to my surprice
No restaurant. I had to walk to the next hotel for the meal, The street is a but odd, I did not feel safe walking there in the dark.

We have stayed in this hotel many times, but this time we were given a room on floor 1 with a large window (with reasonable city view) and small balcony. The only problem was that the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. This has not been a problem in the past. Otherwise, all good.
Our twin room had only one chair.
The room was enough for my overnight stay. Airport noise was negligible, bed was comfortable. There were tea/coffee provided but limited. Bathroom was overall clean and towels were a decent size and fluffy.
Only one pillow on the bed. The bathroom was clean but was looking a bit tired. Only two tea bags or coffee sachets. Would of liked two cups before bed after a tiring journey and another cup in the morning. Getting to the motel was very time consuming due to time, 7pm at night, amount of traffic on the short drive. My taxi driver was less than happy about my destination.

The location to the Sydney airport and the young gentleman that was on the reception desk for nightshift. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us after we become stranded in Sydney
The bathroom (particularly the shower) wasn’t properly cleaned

The staff were lovely and made the experience pretty easy once I'd navigated getting to reception. The hotel well connected to local transport hubs and there are enough resturants nearby. If you happen to be walking there is a little bit to do!
Clearer instructions on how to enter would be lovely, the reception is a few floors up and the elevator on one side won't take you up there with out a key! A bit of sport on the resturant TV would have been an absolute dream as well.
