Great location and comfy bed.
Pros:

The location was great, not a long walk from the train station and many restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We had a river-view room and found the street noise to be very loud. The hotel says they have air conditioning, but this only includes a portable evaporative unit on request which didnt really do much.

Decent accommodations for two nights
Pros:

Friendly check-in person who met us at the train station and helped us with our bags to get to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and has the necessities. The breakfast is pretty good.

Cons:

1. No heat or A/C in the room
2. No common space to hang out other than the lobby, which is small and also where the staff hang out, so hanging out there wasn’t viable. It would be nice if there was a lounge or some other spot to hang out in the evening. Guests don’t just come back to the hotel and go to bed. It would be nice to sit in a comfortable chair or sofa while in the room/hotel.
3. The hang-out space is needed because there’s nowhere to sit in the rooms. The only place to sit in the room is an individual desk chair that is hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

I had one night stay in big, quiet room, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom with hot water all day. Breakfast with great selection of food is available from 5am. Excellent location, one minute walk from the bus station from which buses to the Machu P depart.

Pros:

I liked everything about the Jaya Hotel in Machu Picchu Village! We stayed in a room over looking the main corridor with the river and the mountains in front of us, the view was amazingly beautiful! The breakfast every morning was delicious! The staff incredibly friendly and kind! We even had a massage in the room that was complimentary with our stay and the masseuse did an amazing job!

A great hotel!
Pros:

Luis was amazing. He came to pick us up at the airport and gave us all the important information about the town. Location was amazing. Right next to Paddington Bear and across the river from Bus station for Machu Picchu. Breakfast was ready for us at 5AM in the morning. We were allowed to store luggage as well.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr enttäuscht, es war vom Preis mit das höchste bisher und das hat nicht gepasst.

Das Zimmer war schön wie auf dem Foto

Cons:

Allerdings hat es sehr nach Schimmel gerochen und da es keine Lüftung gibt hatte man die Wahl zws dem Lärm mitten im Zentrum oder Luft. Es ist nachts sehr laut von Musik aus dem Zentrum und ab 4 Uhr hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut, Föhn , Stühle rücken. Alles nicht schön
