Music across the street was really loud every night until 3:00am. Pillows were too high, not comfy!

Very convenient to the train station (about 50 yards on the same side of the river) and to the bus up to Machu Picchu (also about 50 yards, across the bridge to the other side of the river). The staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived before the official check-in time and, before we could ask, they told us that they could get us into our room early. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk in the morning after check out while we went up to Machu Picchu. They have shower rooms that can be used after check out and before you leave town. The whole Machu Picchu town is very compact so anywhere that you want to go is within walking distance (but likely up or down a hill!). The included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was good with good variety.

Large, clean rooms with beautiful mountain views. The breakfast is excellent and starts as early as 6:00 a.m., making it perfect for an early trip to Machu Picchu.
Tip: Book a room with a mountain view on one of the higher floors for the best experience.

The hotel was located 3-5 minutes from the railway station. Our room was big and comfortable. We certainly enjoyed resting on the beds after climbing up Mountain Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly.
Don't try the jacuzzi bath on your own - my partner did and the water went everywhere. Our fault though, not the hotel's!
