Nice & clean great location my downfall was the stairs we was located on the 2nd floor but the receptionist Barbara was really nice she put us on 2nd level even though my room actually was the 3rd level
The parking not enough parking and the mgr Laurie I didn’t too much like her how she respond when texting her if I say good morning then go ahead with my question I expect a good morning text back also I didn’t too much like the jacuzzi it was splashing water every where
The property.
Indoor pool was out of order. Only available for two hours
Comfortable, modern, clean and affordable stay. All the amenities at our fingertips!
The only minor detail was the distance from attractions. I think it was an 11 minutes to Branson Landing.
My family had a great time and their are that they need to fixed update pool put light around pool in make pool bigger and they need they 2 or 3 people working the calf not one person and the rooms update
Clean, spacious, and well-maintained rooms. The property was nice and comfort
We booked two 2-bedroom villas under different names for our family of 10 and paid for both together with the same card. However, the hotel assigned them to different buildings that were far apart, making it difficult for us to spend time together as a family.
Huge property, lots to do, beautiful surroundings.
Far from town
The unit we stayed in was very clean.
The indoor pool was down during our stay; other than that, it was excellent.
Nothing. Very outdated property. They haven't updated technology since flat screen tvs were created.
Location, outdated, bed bugs, dingy cloth furniture. The outside looks like a low budget motel
RCI members beware of the bait and switch! If you book a 2 bedroom (6/6) or (8/8) you will probably be fine, and will be in one of the nice units shown on RCI's website. However, if you book a 2 bedroom (6/4) watch out!!! You might get what they call a 2 bedroom villa on the Holiday Inn Club Vacations website, or you might get one of the rundown, dark, musty, dusty, cramped units with miniscule kitchens like we had! There was barely any counter space, an old coil stove that still didn't work after they tried to fix it twice (the thing that was supposed to hold the burners in was slopped out and they kept dropping when you set a kettle on it), and absolutely no storage space to stash your suitcases and other belongings.
My pictures labeled 1 show the first unit we were assigned to, which is in a 4-plex way back through a maze of roads behind the golf course. There were even older brown cabins back in that area, which I'd be scared to see the inside of! After complaining at the registration desk, we were moved to a slightly larger unit, which is the pictures labeled 2. Still not enough space for a family of 5. There was only room for one person at a time in that tiny kitchen, so we ended up eating out a lot more than we normally do on vacations.
The whole unit was damp, and our towels never dried and any paper or cardboard we had was soft and soggy. There was something smeared on the baseboard in one unit. The dishwasher was an old one, and while it seemed to do a good job cleaning the dishes, they should have provided ear protection because it was loud in that tiny space!
The only good things I can say about the place was that the activity center had a number of nice games to play, at an extra cost. (Watch out for the quarter pushing machine - it's addictive!!!) The big outdoor pool was pretty nice, and the hot tub there was actually hot.
Lisa Lund, the senior manager, was really nice and seemed to genuinely want to help us. Carl in maintenance was also nice, but he can't fix what is well beyond repair (the stove).
As for the area, I LOVE Branson! We went to a lot of shows and activities this time. My favorites were Lindwedel Winery (the one out on the highway), Crazy Craig's Cheeky Monkey bar and Crazy Craig's Treehouse, David at Sight and Sound Theatre, and Presley's Country Jubilee.
Nice size room with kitchen and very clean. Location was nice near golf course and market right across street.
Room with better view would have been nice. Patio had no view. Noise from people above us was quite annoying. Noise from A/C outside bedroom window was loud while trying to sleep. Need new pillows.
From the pictures on the site I thought there was going to be a balcony or patio and there wasn't and there was no jacuzzi tub like in the pictures as well just a simple bathtub disappointed in that
There was a street light right outside the window and no long curtains just a valance so there was light coming in through the window all night
The sheets where still dirty like someone just folded them and rolled up covers
