Pros:

Las instalaciones. Son amplias y siempre limpias. El personal de servicios muy atentos y empaticos. La administradora siempre atenta a los requerimientos y resolución con rapidez. En general, hay una muy buena relación precio-calidad. Completamente satisfecho.

Cons:

En realidad todo bien, pero algo que mejoraría sería implementar un restaurante con platos clásicos y regionales.

Muy recomendado, muy pocos problemas
Pros:

Me gustó el espacio del cuarto y que contaba aire acondicionado asi que el tema de bochorno nunca fue un problema para dormir, la atención muy buena y adicional que estaba muy cerca al centro y mercados

Cons:

Lo único que no me agrado mucho, fue el tema de la television por lo que no es una tv actual (smart). Ya que uno volviendo de hacer un tour o pasear todo el dia, uno quiero volver a descansar y ver alguna serie o peli

Pros:

Personal muy amable. Nos dieron el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto un tramo incluido con la estancia del hotel. Todo muy limpio , ordenado, bueno ubicación, cuenta con aire acondicionado, desayuno agradable

acorde con el precio. El desayuno puede mejorar pero con respecto al precio si vuelvo.

que contaba con aire acondicionado y la limpieza todo bien.

Cons:

que no cuenta con timbre, llegamos un poco antes de la media noche y no habia como comunicarnos con recepcion, demoraron un poco en salir
