Comfortable hotel close to Kanazawa station
Pros:

Just 5 minutes walk from Kanazawa station, shops and dining. Room was clean, comfortable and bright. Bathroom was spotless. Clean towels and pyjamas provided daily. Did not have breakfast in hotel so can’t comment.
Would stay here again.

Pros:

Hotel fantastico, nuovo, pieno di servizi e comodissimo. Nonostante avessimo una camera economica ci hanno fornito persino il pigiama e in reception si possono prendere gratis una serie di oggetti come spazzola, spazzolino da denti, elastici, spugne per il corpo. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno molto bello per gli standard giapponesi. È a 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione quindi anche ma zona era perfetta. Ci è dispiaciuto andare via!

飲み物が自由に飲めること。ホテルに駐車場があったこと。11時まで利用できたこと。カードキーが一人に一枚づつあったこと。

Cons:

お客様に対して、スタッフの態度、３人もいたが、誰一人挨拶がなかったこと。初めて利用する人に対して、もう少しわかりやすい方がいいと感じた。宿泊費の税金がかかることを内訳に記入がなかったことが残念です。
