Pros:

The rooms were super comfortable. Love the fresh air through the windows. Location just out of town was peaceful. Picnic tables a bonus.

Cons:

The staircase to our room had an unusual smell, but once we were in the hall it was not noticeable.

Pros:

Good location and good parking on site. Value for money. Nice bar and on site restaurant. Would stay again

Beware! Deluxe Rooms - not dog friendly!
Pros:

Nice location and views. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

Booked deluxe room but on arrival was told deluxe rooms were not dog friendly! Had to accept basic room which was ok.
Unfortunately, we were not allowed into room until booking was changed with Booking.com. We had to wait over an hour! Bar was not opened so we couldn't even buy a drink! Eventually we were given key to room having persuaded staff to accept our new payment, before Booking.com confirmed changes. Not a good start to our relaxing break!

We only booked on the morning of our stay and everything went very well, however latest booking in time of 11-00 would h

The room was clean and facilities very good, but we only booked the one night so cannot comment further.
The location was very good for us, would have been ideal had Sutton Bank not been closed!

Cons:

The decor is perhaps a little dated.

Comfy bed,great member of staff working on the evening shift, very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast,full English,I was disappointed with the bacon and sausage,not much flavour not very nice,poached eggs were very sloppy and slightly under cooked inside.
