No fue lo que esperaba en su totalidad

Cuando llegué la habitación estaba fría sin calefacción tuve que colocarla yo y obviamente demoró en calefaccionar. Por otra parte solicité a mi llegada que fue en la tarde noche desayuno para la mañana siguiente a las 8:00, lo dejaron ok. Sin embargo cuando fui al servicio no había nadie, no había personal en el hotel. Yo tenía que irme pronto por trabajo y cuando llegó la persona indicada me dijo que ella no entraba a las 8:00 que su compañero de trabajo no tenía porque haberme indicado que había desayuno disponible a esa hora y recién a las 8:40 de la mañana me sirvieron el desayuno, tampoco fue el que solicité. Me dieron café y yo pedí té porque soy hipertensa. Finalmente no pude comer todo ya que me tenía que ir.

Excelente atención muy buen lugar con calefacción central agua caliente todo lo que uno necesita en relación precio calidad y cuenta con estacionamiento para el vehículo

La atención es buena y la limpieza.

Cons:

La ubicación no es buena, esta frente a un centro de distribución de algo, hay ruido permanente de camiones en la noche y la construcción del hotel tiene mala aislacion acústica, se escucha todo, incluso las conversaciones de habitaciones contiguas. También es necesario que cambien los colchones de las camas.

la limpieza y el acceso solo para nosotros
