The check in old man is very arrogant and impatient.
It’s normal, no space to improve. Change the check in place to the building where you live, not check in at building 1 and live in another building with 100m away from the check in building.

The location was perfect. The room was small but enough for me and my son, so no complains there. And we even got complimentary breakfast. The ladies were so sweet and helpful. Absolutely will stay here next time we come.

shower water was going from hot to cold and then back whenever someone from another room was using it in parallel.
mattress was not good
