There is no humidity, and there is a window screen

Cons:

I chose it after reading reviews saying the breakfast was good, but it was extremely uncomfortable
You have to line up to eat fruit, line up to order drinks, wait, and even have to order a separate cup for iced drinks.. A lot of things were troublesome

The location for hotel stays is just so-so for the price
The gym is really small, too
The shuttle sevice ends very early
wonder why so high price here compare to other hotel

Pros:

Exceeded my expectations significantly, and the service was very professional. The buffet and restaurant are very clean, and the food is varied and delicious. They have halal food and juices.
The interior and exterior decorations are beautiful and mimic the surrounding nature. I recommend everyone experience staying in a hotel.

تنسيق الفندق فأنا تعجبني الاشجار وخاصه عند حوض السباحه والافطار كان جيدا

طاقم العمل لم يقومو بإخبارنا بأنه يوجد فعاليات في الفندق وقد اكتشفنا ذلك في اليوم الاخير لنا
كذلك سعر الفندق مبالغ فيه قليلا
كما أتمنى أن توجد وسيله نقل توك توك لنقل المقيمين في الفندق إلى شاطئ باتونج و جنغسيلون مول باعتباره فندق راقي وسعره عالي

Just location is good rest was unacceptable... Staff was cooperative however problem was not sloved...
Breakfast buffet was huge but couldn't find good option for vegan or vegetarian.
Fruit salad service was good

There was hardly good vegan options,
Didn't enjoy the stay here
Not clean rooms, didn't change the bedsheets even after requesting them.
Bathroom drainage was horrible
Their was a big lump of hair in the bathroom, and also on the bum shower.
Bird feathers all over the room .
