ريحه الغرفه مقرفه وريحه رطوبه والتنظيف ما بغيرو ملفات التخت والمكيف كان بنزل ميه وحكيت مع الطاقم اكثر من ثلاث مرات وما عملو شيء ولا وصلو الغرفه

Pros:

I loved that they made it extra special with small gestures (small bites/ drinks) and happy hours, it’s so much fun to explore the whole hotel and the pools, all are great!! Our room was great with pool view, would come back again. Also location is very central!

Cons:

I think the staff could be more attentive for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Also entrance area/ process could be a bit smoother and upgraded. Rest was perfect!

Disappointing!
Cons:

- inattentive staff!
- poor soundproofing! You could hear all the surrounding room which makes it very difficult to rest. I would not recommend this to anyone who values peace and quiet
- we needed 3 elevators to get to the room!! Imagine doing that 2-3 times a day!
- we asked the receptionist at check-in about upgrading our room because our room wasn’t ready (we arrived a little early to be fair “at 2:00pm”) we were quoted a rate that was triple the price that was available at booking for the same period! It felt like an unfair upcharge rather than an accommodating service.

Endroit vraiment exceptionnel à faire
Pros:

La beauté du lieu vraiment original la bar la piscine le restaurant est très bon le petit déjeuner délicieux les serveurs très agréable
