Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel war als Zwischenstopp für unsere Reise nach Usedom sehr gut geeignet. Zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe oder zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz (7,50 € pro Tag). Sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Höfliches und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 3. Stock war relativ klein und für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht geeignet. Aber wir waren ja nur auf der Durchreise.

Die Sitzgelegenheit im Frühstücksraum war nicht gemütlich. Die Tische sehr klein und die Stühle Stühle sehr hart. Die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze nicht ausreichend.

Das Frühstück war karg. Das Rührei sah komisch aus. Es wurde sofort erneuert.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Frühstück keine Empfehlung
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Neustadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Schönes Gebäude mit Innenhof. Sichere, überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Zimmer mit allem Nötigen. Bequeme Betten. Zimmer, Hotel und Innenhof sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Nur wenig Platz um das bequeme Bett herum. Sehr kleiner Dusch/WC-Raum: beim Öffnen der Tür um mehr als 90° stößt man gegen die Toilette. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht preiswert. SCHWERWIEGEND: mit dem Rührei war etwas nicht in Ordnung, falls nicht Blauschimmelkäse eingearbeitet war.

Gutes, schönes Hotel mit scheinbar minimalem Personalaufwand
Pros:

Gutes bodenständiges Frühstück mit wirklich frischem leckerem Obst. Croissants gab es nur wenige pro Tag und wurden nicht mehr nachgelegt, Donut war schon alt und trocken. Ansonsten gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet mit Rührei, Joghurt, Käse, Wurst, Aufbackbrötchen, angerührtem Saft. Zimmergröße war ok, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, bequeme Betten. Angefragte Informationen im Vorfeld vor unserer späten Anreise nach einer Hochzeitsfeier, wo wir parken können, wurden nur sehr kurz und nicht hilfreich beantwortet. Ich habe dann mit Parkschein an der Straße geparkt und erst am nächsten Morgen den Hotelparkplatz mit freien Plätzen gesehen. Lage ist super zentral in der Stadt, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen und unser Kanu in Fußweite ins Wasser setzen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Cons:

Nachfragen nach Parkplatz wurde nur extrem kurz und nicht hilfreich beantwortet. Insgesamt gibt es wenig Informationen vor Ort. Wir haben morgens den Frühstücksraum gesucht, an der Rezeption gab es niemanden und auch keinen Hinweis. Wir haben nur durch Zufall den Frühstücksraum im Nachbarhaus entdeckt. Im Frühstücksraum wird man auch nicht mit "Guten Morgen, gut geschlafen? etc.", sondern mit "Zimmernummer?" begrüßt.

Pros:

Super location, very comfortable bed, nice and clean. The staffing was minimal but very professional and friendly

Cons:

The shower gel dispenser wasn't securely attached to the wall and it fell off, could have caused an injury. We didn't see anyone we could tell about it.
