Pros:

Beautiful surroundings. Excellent staff and plenty of them. Evening meal and breakfast both very good. The sort of place you want to return to.

It had many positives and I’d love to stay again but there seemed to be a few teething problems.
Pros:

Lovely location. Very clean. The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The bunk bed in our family room was wobbly. We ordered 2 starters but only one arrived….but we were only charged for one. My wine glass was very dirty but promptly changed. At breakfast time the poor waitress was very busy and we waited 45 mins before our order was taken.

Lovely stay, lovely hotel and beautiful location!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in glorious surroundings. Service very good and food lovely!

Cons:

There is no lift and the stairs are very steep….staff did change our room from the original 3rd floor room to a lovely room on the first floor which we greatly appreciated!

La disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Malheureusement la coupure d'électricité qui a été réparée que pendant la nuit qui nous a privé d'une douche chaude en arrivant.
Quelques lampes torches de prêts auraient été appréciées

Go elsewhere.
Pros:

Beautiful building but needs a lot of tlc. Hotel staff were great apart from some dinner staff.

Cons:

Room dirty, dusty and very small. Television unusable, smell of the kitchen being blown into the room. Bathroom was disgusting, very dirty grouting, very much needs a total revamp.
Bathroom sink was installed unusually high and unsuitable for children.
Beds are very worn and mattress needs replacing as they're sunken.
Only saving grace was the bedding was clean.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We've stayed here before and will stay again. It feels like a home from home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was well decorated.

Cons:

Bunk bed was a little wobbly, but was fine for one night.
