I stayed at Wyndham Manama from 17 June to 20 June, and while the hotel has many positive aspects, I encountered two issues that significantly affected my overall experience.

First, while I was using the swimming pool, I ordered a bottle of water. The staff member insisted that I pay immediately, despite the fact that I was in the pool and unable to make the payment at that moment. I informed him that I was a hotel guest and provided my room number so the charge could be posted to my room, yet he continued to insist on immediate payment. Even after I left the pool and was on an important phone call, he repeatedly interrupted me to request payment. I found this behavior unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering I was a registered guest of the hotel.

Second, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. The towels that had already been used were not replaced with clean ones. Instead, they were simply folded and placed back in the bathroom, which does not meet the level of cleanliness and hygiene expected from a hotel of Wyndham’s standard.

I hope management will take these comments into consideration, as they are intended to help improve the guest experience. I look forward to seeing better service on my future visits.
