Not much to say.
A huge amount of noise; the walls were too thin, so we could hear people—who were also making noise—in the neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Not impressed by the breakfast;
Staff was very accommodating and helped me recover a lost item from my visit during the prior week.
Location, parking
The blackout curtains are unable to close. The sun lights up the room VERY early. I'm at a hotel and think that I should be able to sleep in, rather than be awaken by the sun.

The staff here is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle from LGB is great!
tile cleaner used in foyer had a strong odor. Housekeeping neglected to provide adequate towels. left cleaner bottle in room
Check in was very nice and they even had my room ready a bit early.
The staff recognized my tier status.
My room was decent and the view was as advertised.
The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great.
The bathroom was good and the adjustable shower head was nice after both days of Warped Tour.
The pool and hot tub was nice. The pool was warm but not overly so, it also seems to be in good condition.
The hot tub was working but under maintenance, so it was only warm (probably about 95F) and the bubbles weren’t working.
Breakfast was varied and delicious (for the level of the hotel).
The only issue I had was that I was unable to get a late check out, which was annoying but not a deal breaker.
The selection of food near the hotel was nice.
Though the lack of mass transit (which the hotel has no control over) was not pleasant, but I knew that would be an issue when I booked.
Overall I would totally stay here again, especially for Warped Tour next year.

Hours of breakfast were limited during the week. Got down there at 855 and it was already closed. Maybe keep open until 10. Our room had graffiti on the bathroom wall (appears to have been partially removed) and the toilet paper roll was broken .

I’ve rented twice this month and each time the jaccui was broken. Small disappointment but over we enjoyed our stay. Hope repairs are soon. See you soon

Oh wait. Maybe that there's 8 dollar water. Pretty weird but funny. Other than that, everything's great.
