Pros:

super convenient, love the free coffee in the morning, the bar is nice to have for a quick bite to eat or drink

Cons:

my only negative is that especially in the morning when sitting in the lobby having coffee the music is so loud that you can't even really have a decent phone conversation. It is too loud in the morning in my opinion

Great location and staff, they can step up the cleanliness of the room

Very good common areas, great location, friendly staff

Cons:

The room was not clean enough. Floors were not clean and the room was dusty
You can only valet your car and often had to wait about 15min after requesting it to get the car.

Didn't meet expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and the hotel front desk looks nice.

Cons:

Pool area was kind of abandoned, A/C in the room was super noisy, lack of personnel to assist when you arrive (there was only the receptionist - the guy taking care of the valet parking was on his own and had to go get cars leaving the entrance unattended.

Convenient location near UF campus

Cons:

Hotel seemed very sterile. No frills, almost antiseptic. Parking kind of a pain./ Valet only however delivery of car when requested was fairly quick. Would not want to use valet when hotel is full.

Great hotel location and service

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and the location was very convenient to UF. All of the staff were wonderful. Angel at reception was very helpful. The rock stars of this place are the valets. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had two cars. We were in and out constantly, and every single time those guys ran for the car and always had a smile on their face. They were incredibly polite and helpful, even when I needed medicine from my car at 1:30 AM. I don’t know all of their names, but Nicholas, Mason and Jacob were awesome!

18 year old cannot check in but it doesn’t tell you that in the booking process. Door lock to pool rooftop was broken. Top floor smells like septic.
