Clean and spacious. Inclusive breakfast.
AC wasn’t working properly. Upon early check in, the room had a musty/smoke smell so we asked to change room. 2nd room was better so we just left our luggage and left for our concert. When we returned late at night, and turned on the ac…. It was blowing air on and off but cooling the room very slowly. We thought it would continue to cool down but it didn’t. While sleeping, the room felt hotter and hotter. We had a room for 6 people, and it was hot and humid outside, like 90+ degrees. But the room wasn’t very cool at all. Upon check out, it told the front desk person to have it checked out by engineers.
Convenient location, nice breakfast included,friendly staff,clean and comfortable room.
Only one suggestion. We were in an accessible room. Upon entry the shade on the large picture window was only 2/3 down. We could not figure out how to close it. We asked the staff and surprisingly it works by a remote switch which was located way over at the door entrance.
Instructions should be left and/or a sign to inform folks or the switch should be nearby the window itself.
It was clean, claning ladues were very nice. The breakast was right on time and it was good. The older staff and the ladies were very nice. The hotel its location is super good. So many restaurants and shops near.
The night staff was not helpfull. We were awake till 4am because one of the dryers did not work. The wifi did not work at all. The first night at the hotel the curtain did not go down. And the night artending was like. I can't come see there is nothing I can do.
Very clean rooms were perfect and staff was really nice.

Location was perfect, the suite was great, we stayed in the King suite which had 1K sq ft. We traveled with 2 dogs and they were treated very well by the staff and other patrons. Our view from room 426 was perfect and it was very quiet. It was clean and the price was very affordable (average $215 a night).

The water in the pool was could. The sliced fruit smelled like fish; perhaps the wrong knives were used.
