It's our 2nd time staying in this beautiful hotel. This time we booked a family room snd they gave us A lovely spacious room with a View. Was amazing. A big thank you to the staff at the Reception always so polite and friendly. Great customer service. Also the Lovely guy who served us breakfast was so pleasant & friendly.
1 of the woman who took our order for dinner that evening was very loud and rude when we politely asked if we could order our main course a bit later as we eat very slow and she rudely answered that kitchen will be closing soon and also she kept eyeing us while we were eating which made us very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent with easy access to the motorway. The rooms are spotless, fantastic food and exceptional service from the lovely staff.
We loved every minute of our stay, the staff the food the surroundings the Lodge itself was exceptional they are fantastic with kids also. The staff are genuinely the nicest people we ever met especially Regina & Niall who went above and beyond for us to make our stay and special day the most memorable for us. We will forever be greatful to you both and all the team at the flagstaff. A promise to ourselves we will most definitely be returning each year for our anniversary. Thank you all again so much.

Beautiful place. Spotless. Riom was clean and perfect for my needs. Big plus was the provision of a fan, which was very welcome. Lovely girl in reception on Saturday who was so helpful and pleasant. Think her name was Teresa. Black haired lady. A big asset to the hotel.
I found the car park to be quite tricky. It is so sloped that parking and trying to exit your car is a challenge.
Great welcome on arrival, staff so very helpful and welcoming. My room was upgraded on arrival for which I delighted with as it was a lovely room. Brilliant breakfast was served on both days of my stay. The scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was delicious 😋

The Flagstaff was friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful with lovely view. We had booked dinner both nights, it is a very busy place, great atmosphere and exceptional food and service. Breakfast was very good also.
Other than very steep hill up to it, couldnt fault it.
