Vacanza perfetta
Pros:

L’hotel è splendido. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal centro di Oia, direttamente sul tramonto.
Le stanze sono semplicemente perfette. Inoltre il personale è in assoluto il migliore che abbia mai incontrato, gentili, accoglienti e super professionali. Soddisfano qualunque richiesta o domanda. Esperienza unica.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

My husband and I recently got married and celebrated our honeymoon in Santorini at Canaves Epitome. We absolutely loved the hotel, all the decor everywhere is stunning and everything is so clean. The views from our room were incredible and so are the views from both pools. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel puts on a free private shuttle service to and from the town in Oia which only takes about 5 mins. Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything is thought out to every last detail. Aesthetically incredible and the food on site beautiful.
Room pool temp can be adjusted to weather

Cons:

What held the property back from what should have been a 10/10 is the forced selling when you’re already spending thousands of pounds and our opening meal was £1000. They tried to upsell even on top of the most expensive massage which made the experience a little awkward and non relaxing for the wife. Not what a spa should be. On checkout was made guilty to not leave a tip even though I informed I had already left 400 euros in 3 nights. Just doesn’t need to be done anyone staying at that hotel aren’t frugal spenders.

An exceptional and unforgettable stay with outstanding service.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the facilities, the atmosphere and the excellent service.

We loved our stay! The service was so welcoming and truly went above and beyond. The garden and landscaping was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our breakfast and the view was great. Our room was very clean and heated pool was amazing in our suite! We stayed in the honeymoon suite

2）服務人員非常專業及熱心、和善、週到，會盡力滿足住客的興趣及要求。

Cons:

1）對外交通不便，有時等待車輛接送的時間很長，如一個鐘頭。
2）按摩人員的手法、技術水準根本沒有舒緩、放鬆的能力。簡言之，她們是在豪不用力的輕摸顧客的皮膚而己，相較亞洲各國的各式按摩手法及技巧，貴旅館在這方面有待加強。
3）雖然希臘料理很健康及有特色，幾乎每道菜餚,包括甜點，均加入各種香料，對過敏體質者很不方便，雖然廚師很努力的配合顧客需求提供選擇，但選擇性不多。另外，是食物普遍太鹹，不利健康。
