Very clean and spacious.
Tbe staff are some of the most attentive people I have come across. They are a true gem in crown.

Ogólna estetyka obiektu na wysokim poziomie. Wszystko czyste, zadbane. Personel wyjątkowo troskliwy, uprzejmy, autentyczny. Pamiętali nasze nazwisko, imiona, nr pokoju. Wszelkie życzenia komunikowaliśmy na grupie what’s app którą założyła nam recepcja. Przejazdy, wycieczki, rezerwacje w restauracjach na mieście czy beach club’ach - wszystko robili za nas. Śniadania a’la carte, rozmaite z możliwością modyfikacji. Lunch i kolacja równie świetne. Siłownia mała, ale dająca możliwość podstawowego treningu. Masaże w porządku choć strefa spa malutka. Niesamowite widoki na zachód słońca z pokoi, restauracji jak i większości obiektu.
Gorgeous rooms and facilities. The concierge staff are superb. Very much appreciate the welcome and goodbye drinks and snacks. It’s expensive, but truly delivers on a luxury experience and makes it worth it.
Absolutely nothing.
We loved everything about this property! The hotel and grounds are just divine. We loved the pools and the restaurants. We particularly loved the Elements restaurant experience. The hotel is a short shuttle ride to the main town of Oia.
It is an expensive hotel but all accommodation in Oia in Santorini is expensive so guess it is in line with that.

My husband and I recently got married and celebrated our honeymoon in Santorini at Canaves Epitome. We absolutely loved the hotel, all the decor everywhere is stunning and everything is so clean. The views from our room were incredible and so are the views from both pools. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel puts on a free private shuttle service to and from the town in Oia which only takes about 5 mins. Would highly recommend staying here!

Room pool temp can be adjusted to weather
What held the property back from what should have been a 10/10 is the forced selling when you’re already spending thousands of pounds and our opening meal was £1000. They tried to upsell even on top of the most expensive massage which made the experience a little awkward and non relaxing for the wife. Not what a spa should be. On checkout was made guilty to not leave a tip even though I informed I had already left 400 euros in 3 nights. Just doesn’t need to be done anyone staying at that hotel aren’t frugal spenders.
Everything was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the facilities, the atmosphere and the excellent service.
