Location, location, location
Pros:

Location is 10/10, room is beautifully designed, you can park a few suitcases and still have room to move.

Cons:

Very late check-in. By 2:45pm the room wasn't ready and i was advised to take a walk for an hour until it was ready. For this price point, i'd expect the room to be ready regardless of hotel circumstances.
