We would love to return but a bad encounter with the owner makes it difficult to justify.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and incredibly accommodating and helpful. Very welcoming and supportive considering we had our 5 month old with us. The facility was everything we needed for a calm and relaxed time away for our babies first holiday. Giada and Roberto were amazing and provided a superb service.

Cons:

Only one negative which unfortunately involved the owner. The property boasts a free shuttle bus on demand to get you back and forth from Garda town centre. On one occasion it seemed no one was answering the landline and we tried calling the number via WhatsApp as we had previously, but no answer and no response to text or email either. We ended up sitting out in the heat of the day for 25 minutes with our baby and no idea if we’re were going to be able to get picked up. Once we had managed to get through and return to the hotel we raised this concern with the reception, whom at the time was sat having a coffee, as we need to know the shuttle can be relied upon. Incredibly the staff member told us they don’t respond to WhatsApp and will only answer the landline. She stood shouting at us for 5 minutes while we had our baby and wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say regarding trying to find a solution as we still had two more days. We tried to ask who the manager is so we can provide feedback to find out she was the manager so we asked who the owner is and she said she was also the owner so we had to just walk away. It was clear she had not been at the reception desk for at least 30 minutes as when she sat down she could see our messages and calls. If not for this encounter our stay would have been perfect, the hotels staff are incredible. Website and Google highlights you can call via WhatsApp. We wish the conversation with the owner was a bit more honest and calm.

es war ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende - wir kommen ganz sicher wieder
Pros:

wunderbarer Ausblick auf den See
das Frühstück ist super lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen
die Zimmer sind super geräumig
es ist sehr ruhig und der Pool ist sehr schön
Was absolut klasse ist ist der Shuttle-Bus :-)

Atemberaubende Lage
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und es ist sehr ruhig - perfekt zum entspannen.
Der kostenlose Shuttle nach Garda ist grandios und war zwischen 10:30 Uhr und 22 Uhr jederzeit möglich!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sogar deutsch.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Hotel und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.🤗

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart.

Erholung pur!!
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Was uns sehr freute auch gut Deutsch sprechend.
Der Shuttle Service ins Dorf war der Hit. So gibt es ein mix aus essen im Dorf oder im Resort… das sehr zu empfehlen ist. So wie die Coktails😋
Zimmer super sauber und sehr gross.
Sehr ruhige Lage! Kein Autoverkehr nur schönes Vogelgezwitscher.

Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Das Morgenbuffet hätte gerne ein wenig mehr Einheimische Produkte wie Käse und Fleisch enthalten dürfen. Scheibenkäse so schade. Ansonsten hat nichts gefehlt. Man konnte alles frisch an den Tisch bestellen ( Eierspeisen, Lachs)

Tutto molto bello, la struttura immersa nel verde con quella splendida piscina, meravigliosa, lo staff tutti molto gentili e disponibili, colazione eccellente senza dimenticare il servizio navetta x garda molto gradito e x ultimo la spa a propria completa disposizione..... Fantastico. Grazie

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer hat die Perfekte Grösse. Personal sehr Freundlich und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielseitiger sein es könnte mehr auf gesunder Basis aufgebaut sein. Letztendlich völlig ausreichend. Mann könnte das Hotel etwas mehr gemütlicher gestallten mit Duft und in den Zimmer etwas mehr Deco wie Bilder oder und im Flur Bereich mehr wärme rein bringen optisch. wie gesagt das Hotel ist wunderschön man könnte noch etwas mehr raus holen zwecks Wohlfühl Atmosphäre.
