Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Ausstattung sehr einfach aber noch in Ordnung.
Pros:

Kaffeeautomat mit sehr vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Es gab nur Aufbacksemmeln.
Alles war abgepackt ( Müllvermeidung)
Möbel wären mit geringen Mitteln (etwas Farbe) aufzuhübschen.
Rezeption kaum besetzt. Kein Hinweis des Personals auf Gästekarte. Sollte angeblich digital erhältlich sein. War aber nicht der Fall.

the surroundings, the architecture of the building

Cons:

the bed lamps were so weak reading in bed was impossible, no hot water in room to make coffee or tea, which could not be obtained anywhere in the hotel after breakfast, meagre breakfast, (bad coffee), small shower

Pros:

Really friendly people who work there, they help with whatever they can and I can’t put a finger on anything.

Stilvolles altes Hotel im bayrischen Holzstil, direkt am Königsee gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal, direkt an der Schiffsanlegestelle! Trotzdem war nicht zu viel Trubel tagsüber unter unserem schönen Balkon. Abends war es völlig ruhig. Busverbindung von Schönau zur Stadt Berchtesgaden regelmäßig einstündig.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war einiges eingepackt und der Frühstücksraum recht klein, wenn viele Gäste auf einmal kamen. Das Personal war tagsüber öfter abwesend.

Annonceringen og billederne passede ikke med det værelse vi fik. De indrømmede at det ikke var det samme for billederne på nettet var kun reklame. Morgenmads buffeten er i den sølle ende af hvad vi normalt oplev

Die Lage

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr alt. Die Zimmer und der Speisesaal müssen unbedingt renoviert werden. Schade, dass man so viel Geld für so schlechte Leistungen bezahlt! Schon bei der Anreise am ersten Tag haben wir es bemängelt. Als Antwort kam dann, sie müssten das bei Booking melden, wir können kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Booking reserviert bei uns die Zimmer, wir können nicht wechseln. Jeden Tag beim Frühstück gab es keine Abwechslung, vielleicht ein anderer Käse oder Aufschnitt, leider nichts anderes.

Sehr alte Zimmer müssen unbedingt renoviert werden!!!. Frühstück: sehr wenig Abwechslung, immer gleicher Aufschnitt. Viel zu teuer! Nicht zu empfehlen.
