Fantastic Location
Pros:

Fantastic location, especially if your room has a sea view. The gardens were very picturesque and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially Graham the night porter, who went to great lengths to ensure that an issue we had with our room was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Wonderful customer service!

Cons:

The bar area was rather small, we ended up sitting at a dining table in the adjacent room. A larger area with more relaxed seating would have made our experience more comfortable.

Pros:

The staff were all so polite and well mannered. The hotel was clean and the food was excellent. A five minute walk to the beach made the hotel a great location.

Cons:

Just a few minor things in the room. No refrigerator, would of expected that in a 4 star hotel. The TV reception wasn't very good and would cut out time to time. And no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels.

Old fashioned but smart and well kept hotel.
Pros:

Gardens, view, general location. Room had air conditioning (needed as under the roof and window smallish). Hotel well-maintained.

Cons:

Staff at reception were uninspiring. Our room was not ready at 15h.00 (on a day we know hotel was not full). Barely an apology. Just told to come back later. Tea on the terrace meant going to the bar to order.
No gym or pool.

Tolle Lage, besonders die Zimmer mit Balkon
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit Meerblick und kurzer Sparziergang am Meer bis Bournemouth. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant
abends empfehlenswert. Großzügiger, überwachter, aber kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz

Cons:

Tressor nicht funktionsfähig, Fernseher defekt. Wurde aber beides innerhalb von 2 Stunden repariert.

Nice place, take your earplugs!
Pros:

Great location! Good for walking into town, lovely lady on reception

Cons:

Lots of noise from outside the room. We were on First Floor near the lift and there was an awful lot of noise, plus a very uncomfortable squeaky bed.

Amazing place let down by the reception staff….
Pros:

Good location. Staff absolute gems, particularly Graham. No fridge in the room, no microwave or any heating options. Half a litre water for five people and we bought the rest. The reception guys - two lady’s and a chap - literally had ‘no’ as an answer for any questions or requests, even the ones they’ve said they’ve sorted online. Hotel as such was clean, bathrooms were spacious and neat, beds comfy and carpets in good condition. City food places and the beach from the east cliff were easily walkable or five minute car ride. With so many great things, this should have been a 10/10. Every guest we spoke to felt the reception team grated with them. Lasting impressions…

Cons:

This hotel required guests to pay £17.50 per guest for breakfast per day!

Lovely stay after a long day's travel
Pros:

We had a lovely 2 days stay at Hotel Miramar after a long travel from The Netherlands. The location is perfect, direct access to the pier and beaches, yet very calm and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and we can recommend the restaurant

Cons:

No complaints, or issues except for an inside door handle that was loose (easy fix). The Hotel has one EV charger but this was sufficient at this time of year

- Unser Zimmer hatte einen Ausblick auf eine nahe Wand!
- Das Frühstück endet wochentags um 9:30 und für ein Resorthotel etwas zu früh.

Happy with our short 2 day stay

Lovely property,ideal location with a sea view from the garden.
Staff were polite and hospitable. Food in the restaurant delicious. Equally lovely staff throughout the entire hotel

Pros:

Location was amazing. Loved sitting out front of the hotel in the evening havjng a drink (...or two!!) The No. 43 resturant was really lively and the food was really good. Bhumika and Jessica made us so comfortable and were very accomodating during breakfast and evening meal. Thank you so much.

Cons:

Our view over the roof tops from our room was a little disappointing, next time we'll definitely book a sea view.
