Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum auf das Meer, Frühstück war sehr gut

Unsere Email mit der Bitte um ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wurde nicht beantwortet. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gab es auch nicht mehr. Einige Zimmer sind nicht renoviert. Unser erstes, nicht renovertes Zimmer roch leider sehr nach altem sich auflösenden Teppichkleber. Das war nicht auszuhalten. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln.

Die Lage war toll. Die Betten ziemlich gut

Cons:

Aus der Dusche kam sehr wenig Wasser. Teilweise sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Ein Zimmer war direkt über der Küche, es hat gestunken und war sehr laut die ganze Nacht.
Es ist ziemlich veraltet.

Perfect setting and atmosphere for a weekend in Bournemouth.
Pros:

Location fantastic for the beach and the pier plus the gardens. Friendly staff. Great sea view. Very clean and quiet. Loved the easy parking too.

Cons:

I really liked the hotel. Perfect for our stay. My only niggle was that the shower sometime slowed to a dribble.

Pros:

I loved the quiet location, on top of the cliff yet so close to the footpath down to beach and the promenade. Running down for a quick dip in the morning before breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is pretty, well looked after, clean and in good condition. I think they had a refit fairly recently. My room had a bathroom which looked quite new. The gardens are lovely and manicured. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast nice and plentiful. I had a good sleep without any noise at all. Thank you, that was a great experience.

Apart from the negatives, the staff were very nice and I would return

Attractive building with very nice patio facing the sea

Cons:

I think in the hot weather a small fridge is not much to ask for in the room. If there is no air-conditioning at least provide a decent fan, not the cheap noisy one that was there.

Lovely hotel,no organisation.
Pros:

Breakfast good.Lovely views from hotel.Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Comunication,we were told first morning no breakfast was booked for our room.Had to sort it with manager.Restaurant was closing at 9-30,was not informed of this.When I booked it was 8-00-10-00 .We did get some breakfast in the end.We booked an evening meal in the hotel no record for that.Wasn't happy ,shouldn't happen.

Die Lage war top.

Cons:

Frühstück und Abendessen wäre sehr schön auf der Terasse draussen einzunehmen.
Im Garten mehr Nutzfläche zum verweilen.
