Gutes Hotel für Stadt- Reisende, allein oder in kleinen Gruppen
Pros:

Schöne, große Zimmer. Gute Erreichbarkeit auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet - Ein Hotel mit vielen Gästen, von denen jeder selbst bei der höchsten Auslastung einen Frühstücksplatz bekommt!

Ok, hat aber Potential nach oben
Pros:

Tolles Design und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice wurde nur auf dem absoluten Minimum gemacht. Es reichte gerade für die Bettdecke gerade zu ziehen. Ansonsten wurde gar nicht gemacht.

Fragwürdiger Umgang mit Fundsachen
Cons:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm. Enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit einer im Zimmer vergessenen Fundsache.

Meine AirPods wurden trotz namentlich gekennzeichnetem Ladecase nicht als Fundsache an mich gemeldet. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dies entspreche der Hotel-Policy und sei aus Datenschutzgründen nicht zulässig. Eine Rücksendung sei nur bei persönlicher Abholung oder nach Übersendung eines Versandlabels durch den Gast möglich.

Diese Begründung erscheint mir rechtlich und serviceorientiert fragwürdig. Eine Stellungnahme der Geschäftsführung zu den zugrunde liegenden Unternehmensrichtlinien steht derzeit noch aus.

Ich bin gespannt auf die Antwort und werde meine Bewertung anschließend gegebenenfalls ergänzen oder aktualisieren.

Air conditioning was not good. Under floor heating was on at it was 30 degrees outside. They could turn it off so the room was uncomfortably warm
