Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Il materasso era comodissimo. possibilità di scelta dei cuscini.
Ottima anche la colazione

Per salire le scale erano ripide e con le valigie é stato un po’ difficile

楽しかった
Pros:

オシャレで清潔。アメニティもシャンプー、リンス、ボディーシャンプーなどあり。
コーヒーが美味しかった、スタッフがフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。空港まではタクシーで15〜20分。フロントで頼めます。

Cons:

朝食の種類が少ない、朝食食べる場所は素敵ですが狭いのが残念。エレベーターが無い。スタッフはヘルプしてくれます。
工事をしてるようで、8:30から轟音が響き渡り非常に不快でした。せめて10時過ぎとかにしてほしかったです。工事が無かったら一切文句はないです。

Great quiet spot in the hustle and bustle of Florence!
Pros:

Cute boutique hotel! The staff was the best! We had an issue with our a/c and the staff fixed it immediately while we were out exploring Florence. Front desk recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was spot on for what we needed. Comfy place to do work and have breakfast which was very good! Great scrambled eggs!

Cons:

No elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. You can definitely skip the gym that day. Ha!

Great stay
Pros:

Modern room only a short walk from the Duomo and all the sights. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but if all the guests went at the same time, it’s cramped. The 5 flights of stairs are a workout everytime you go out so only book if you are mobile.
