Place is not bad.

Cons:

No drinks provided. At night you cant buy from concierge. Have machine but all our cards cant work. The concierge pax cannot be bothered even showed us his annoyance when we asked if can buy drinks from concierge .

The floor has hair. From different parts . Toilet bowl was slight dirty.

although hotel is located in the factory area, can find couple more hotels nearby. This hotel is provided a shuttle bus to metro station, about 7min ride, every 30min, excluding lunch and dinner break, from 8am to 22.30pm, or can take a relatively easy walk 15min to station... There is a direct airport bus, A30, walking 258m from hotel to bus stop, cost HKD $20 which is the cheapest ways to airport at 6am, whilst taxi may cost you $280-$350... The reception is 24hr, staffs are friendly...room services every day.... Nice buffet restaurant on the second floor...Walking 7 min to find more restaurants... Free toothbrush and toothpaste, some tea bags and Coffee powders.

No view from the room window. Gym room is small.. No free water bottles.

The location is not the best but it served our purpose. I love that there is a shuttle to the MTR train station. Very very convenient. Made the stay so easy. Real value for money. There is a 7 11 also close by for convenience. I would definitely come back here. The hotel staff was friendly, and they also kept my luggage on check out for the day so I could still engage some activities without having to deal with it

Cons:

No play area for kids, or swimming pool. This was no train smash though.

Cons:

This hotel is as rubbish as they come. Not a 4-star. They should be stripped down to 3-star.

Some basic issues with this hotel:

1. On first day of checkin the room electricity short-circuited, so it was pitch black. I asked for a refund for 1st day of stay and they refused. Instead they offered breakfast voucher and a late checkout on my last day. How was the breakfast? Read #2 below to find out.

2. Breakfast was disgusting. They serve stir fry noodle that tasted bland and unmarinated. It tasted like eating cardboard. Mostly they serve processed food (canned, frozen food that they then reheat). There's no variety whatsover. Tea was those Lipton English breakfast teabags (self-service). Not much else, some fruits and Kimchi. And coffee was from coffee machine (think Nespresso coffee maker quality).

3. After the total room blackout they move me to another room. Now there's a new problem - very poor Wifi signal where my line gets dropped every few mins. Bandwidth is very low so forget downloading anything or thinking about watching your own Netflix. Naturally I complained, but after doing this for about 3 times I gave up, since clearly they had no plans to fix it.

4. Naturally I complained again after the above. So let's get to the service part now. The lady at the front-desk got annoyed and asked me if I would accept a full refund. Note that I'm staying here for 2 weeks and this is only day 2 or 3. I asked that woman why they wouldn't refund me for the first day when the blackout occured and she said it's against company policy. Then I asked her point blank.. isn't it like trying to kick me out of the hotel then by offering me a full refund and then asking me to find another hotel to stay very last minute and end up having to pay a much higher price?

I like the fact it has a free hotel shuttle bus to take you to the nearest underground station .

Cons:

I didn't like where the shower was fixed to the wall .Because it was fitted at the side of the wall .So was a bit of an awkward position to take a shower .It would of been better if the shower was fitted in the middle of the wall .
