1. 因為住在10樓最高層, 下雨時聽到雨打在天花板一樣
2. 插座不靠近床邊, 無法把手機放在床邊的櫃子上充電, 極度麻煩
3. 在床上連上wifi , 卻只有1~2格訊號, 很慢
4. 毛巾都看到變黃了

We would not return or recommend this hotel
As soon as we entered the room there was a strong musty smell. We felt that it was coming from the wall-to-wall carpet. All the towels also smelled bad and musty. They were worn and yellowish rather than white.
The cabinet door covering the fridge would not close. I had to lift it from the bottom every time. The sheets provided for the sofa bed did not fit and kept slipping off. This exposed the stained sofa underneath. When we folded the bed in the morning we discovered that the sofa had no back cushions. We had to lean against the wall to sit on it.
There was mold in the bathroom and a cracked mirror in the elevator. The water in the swimming pool was also very cloudy. It was impossible to see more than half a meter ahead. At some point I took off my swimming goggles because I could not see anything anyway.
The worst experience happened in the spa area. While we were in the jacuzzi a woman who appeared to be drunk called me “kurwa” in front of my young son who is autistic. He had accidentally touched her leg because he thought it was mine.
I asked the lifeguard for help. The woman continued to swear at me even while he was standing there. He told her to leave but she ignored him and he was unable to stop her. We left around 15 minutes before closing while she stayed until closing time. At reception we were told that the hotel would check the cameras in the jacuzzi area. Later the spa manager wrote to us that there were no cameras there at all.
The communication with the hotel was also disappointing. We received general and repetitive replies that felt as if they had been generated by ChatGPT. We did not receive clear answers to our questions or any compensation. We only received an apology.
We would not stay at this hotel again and we cannot recommend it. This is not the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.
