Bardzo duży wybór w ramach szwedzkiego stołu, pysznie.
Restauracja hotelowa- proponuję przeszkolić personel w temacie "zauważenie gościa". Pomimo pokazania się kelnerowi w dniu 12 czerwca- popołudnie,jakaś rodzinna impreza- co mało mnie interesuje- oczekiwanie na zauważenie dwojga gości przez 15 minut, to stanowczo za długo- oczywiście zmieniliśmy lokal, no bo ile można czekać?!!. Dzień następny, popołudnie, dostaliśmy menu ale czas oczekiwania na: sałatkę z krewetkami, krewetki tygrysie i 2xpiwo bezalkoholowe - Pan kelner określił na 40 minut. Chyba restauracja hotelowa chciała odławiać krewetki w którymś z mórz.
Jak na hotel czterogwiazdkowy, to BARDZO SŁABKIUTKO!!! Też należałoby zorganizować w tym temacie szkolenie.
Все было супер! Отель, местоположение, персонал - на высшем уровне.
Но! Искали именно отель с бассеином и бассейн разочаровал, так как вода была очень холодная, холоднее, чем в спортивных бассейнах.

Apartament polecam na specjalny wyjazd z partnerem. Hotel wygodny, blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, smaczne śniadanie i super, jak na hotel, strefa z saunami. Z apartamentu widok na panoramę miasta.
Jeden z ręczników był bardzo brudny, wyglądał jak niedoprany z resztek makijażu.
Dobra lokalizacja, brak tłumów. Bez zastrzeżeń
Bardzo zimna woda w basenie.
