Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir sind schon 2 mal da gewesen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, weil Preis Leistungen verhältnismäßig ist einfach super. Man findet in der Gegend kaum für so ein Preis, mit Parkplatz und paar Minuten zum Strand. Die Besitzern sind sehr freundlich und helfen in jeder Sache. Unser Hund ist immer willkommen.

Cons:

Unterkunft ist schon in der Jahre gekommen und brauchen Renovierung aber wir kommen damit gut zurecht. Sonst was Sauberkeit angeht, in der Süden ist es üblich, dass man selber einbischen nachputzen muss..

Die Besitzer sind so nett. Wir sind sehr lieb aufgenommen geworden. Und sehr kinderfreundlich sind sie. Sie haben unsere jungs sehr lieb aufgenommen. Und der nelson Hund ist auch sehr lieb den wir immer streicheln haben dürfen.
Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen ev.sogar nextes jahr.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Residence Charles e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è comodissima, estremamente pulita e situata a due passi dalla spiaggia, e dai mezzi di trasporto, ideale per chi cerca relax e praticità.
Eravamo io e mio marito con nostro figlio e il nostro cagnone di taglia grande: l'accoglienza è stata fantastica! I proprietari sono persone splendide, di una gentilezza, disponibilità e calore davvero rari. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno.

Pros:

Colazione buona per un tre stelle. Ottimo cappuccino fatto dal proprietario delizioso e disponibilissimo. Hotel vicino alla spiaggia di Bellariva.
Proprietario, moglie e figlio tutti gentilissimi.

Cons:

Bagno molto piccolo e datato.
Parcheggio dell’albergo non disponibile.

Pros:

Ich habe spontan für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht. Wir waren alle total positiv überrascht. Die Besitzer, ein Pärchen, sind total locker und gemütlich, es gab gar kein Problem, was man nicht lösen konnte. Wir haben uns echt wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Ein grosses Sonnenschein ist die Eugenia, immer da, immer hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich.
Was mich aber komplett beeindruckt hat, dass der Giancarlo einen privaten Mechaniker für mein kaputtes Auto angerufen hat. In ca 30 min war der da und in ca 15 Min war alles erledigt und wir konnten nach Hause fahren. Vielen Dank dafür!!!
Kurz zum Ort: der Strand befindet sich in paar Min Gehweg, die Liegen muss man zahlen. Wir haben aber einen kostenlosen in ca 500 m gefunden.
Paar Restaurant wurden getestet, das beste für uns war: La Giungla, vom Hotel ca 5-7 min.
Dieses Ort ist ruhiger wie Rimini Zentrum.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Cons:

Von meiner Seite gibt's nichts, was mir nicht gefahren hat. Ich verstehe wirklich die schlechte Rezensionen nicht. Es ist logisch nur meine Erfahrung.

Gospodarze to bardzo uśmiechnięci i pomocni ludzie . W pokojach rewelacyjna indywidualnie sterowana klimatyzacja jak również winda na wyższe piętra ,a na dachu budynku leżaki i jacuzzi. Dosłownie kilka kroków od głownej ulicy, gdzie wieczorami tętni zycie,a do plaży kilka kroków więcej. Dużym plusem są również do dyspozycji rowery,a za niewielką opłatą można zaparkować samochód na parkingu strzeżonym .
My jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością będziemy polecać ,zważywszy że mieliśmy pokoje z indywidualnymi łazienkami .
Według nas 2+1 opowiednia cena do swiadczonych usług.
