Exceptional Memorable Stay at Akti Resort Imperial in Rhodes
Pros:

Akti Resort is an excellent Resort to stay in Rhodes. Near the Cruise 🛳 Port if you are coming from Marmaris Cruise Port to Old Town Port and 10 minutes or less by car from Old Town. Great Facilities Great super Delicious Food Greek and other varieties, Chinese Mexican Italian, The Pools are super Great so as the Spa, Lounges Terraces, Coffee stations and Bars and Pool snacks and bars stations are all of well organised, Great variety 9f options, refreshments food and beverages. Helpful Staff I got to personally know smiling friendly Manolis and Esabella whom are welcoming and showing Greek Hospitality, at Best. Lyn at Terrace bar and Restaurant is super nice humble and friendly. Resort is super clean. Rooms are kept clean all times by staff at best. Rooms and balconies are good for Resort, Toilets need to be refurbished but generally are ok. Water pressure in Shower is excellent. I prefer bigger rooms maybe in future I will ask for rooms on 8 or 9 floors family rooms. Views are spectacular. For 720 rooms the Resort are well managed and here I should emphasise this Resort is super suitable for families with kids as kids will be entertained at best🧒 🕺 with parents. Akti Imperial Made our Vacation super and memorable. The pools are 5 pools for kids and adults with nice slides and splashing waterfalls...the Resort is easy to reach and has a beautiful private beach on Sea. Breakfasts and Lunches and Dinners All inclusive are rich with focus on Greek tasty food such as stuffed vegetables, Musaka, salads 🥗 . Fireworks 🎆 🎇 at our last night were memorable at resort as part of night event show tjat make you feel its a new year!! I have been to many resorts the combination you will have at Atki Imperial which will make you definitely return : Best Food, Great treatment, Spacious Resort with Great Facilities, Helpful Staff, Great Entertainment, What can it be more. Great Super Exceptional Resort ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

האוכל היה בסדר, קצת חזר על עצמו אבל בגדול בסדר גמור

החדר שקיבלנו היה סוויטה עם חדר שינה והוא היה מרוחק מהכול, המיטה לא נוחה בכלל הכריות לא נוחות בכלל,
סוויטה אי אפשר לקרוא לזה..
לוקח לשירות חדרים הרבה זמן להגיע,
המלון לא מספיק מפנק חסר עוד הרבה נשנושים במשך היום והערב אין ארטיקים , ההופעות בערב בינוניות

הבריכות טובות אבל אין מספיק מקום לשבת מסביב (לפחות לא באוגוסט), הג׳ימבורי של הקטנטנים בקושי פתוח, האלכוהול שאמור להיות חופשי- באמת חופשי אבל רמה נמוכה של אלכוהול, לא איכותי פרימיום.

Mi sarei aspettata una manutenzione degli ambienti perfetta per un albergo a 5 stelle, invece i lettini e gli ombrelloni specialmente in spiaggia un po' difettosi e pieni di ruggine. I materassi non comodissimi.

The entertainment team was amazing . Also good food and many things to do. Also i had an issue by my mistake during the booking before my stay and the manager help me to solve this.

Cons:

The elevators were very bad. Every day different elevators broke and this is very dangerous. The elevator door hit me four times. Because one of the elevators was out of order, there were long queues on several floors, causing significant delays. Also, in the evening, there were a lot of cockroaches in the area where the events were taking place.

השירות גרוע מאוד שלא לדבר על החדר המזעזע שבתמונות נראה אחרת והכי גרועה הדרך אל החדר מלא ריצוף שבור עם תלאים מבטון וpvc ברמה נמוכה ממש מאכזב המלון מתאים ל3 עד 4 כוכבים בדירוג .החדר לא יותר מאכסניה 2 כוכבים זו תהיה מחמאה

הכי מצחיק שיברנו מאקטי שמדורג 5 כוכבים לאספרידיס שמדורג 4 ואיזה הבדל ואיזה שירות והכל פשוט ברמה אחרת..

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Uitstekende buffetten, zowel bij ontbijt, lunch en avondmaal. Veel variatie, veel keuze.
Mooie zwembaden.
Kwaliteit van het entertainement was meestal behoorlijk hoog. Ook het dagelijks uurtje kinderdisco 's avonds was bijzonder leuk, met een zeer enthousiast jong team dat ons kleindochtertje en alle andere kindjes veel leuke momenten bezorgde.

Cons:

Zeer lange wachttijden bij de te kleine liften.
Kwaliteit van het "fruitsap" bij het ontbijt is ondermaats, zeker in vergelijking met de goede kwaliteit van het eten en de lekkere koffie.
