Muito barulhento e cheiro de esgoto.
Pros:

Perto da praia e de vários restaurantes.

Cons:

O cheiro a esgoto era terrível sempre que se ligava a luz e extractor de wc.
Sítio incrivelmente barulhento devido a ficar mesmo junto à estrada principal. Janela e porta do terraço viradas para a estrada não isolam som nenhum.
Todos os dias as 7 da manhã um polícia de trânsito apitava durante uma hora sem parar.

Great, but on a main road
Pros:

Large, well furnished and equipped You could almost live here (if a kitchen is optional). Reasonably close to the beach, reasonably flat, well maintained. Very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s next to the local main road and thus noisy. Usually it’s ok, but every once in a while some idiot rides a bike without silencer, and the windows don’t close tight enough to keep it out.

It’s passable, not too expensive at all and you pay for what you get. Don’t expect luxury
Pros:

The balcony was good for a wee main road people watch, and you had a banger pharmacy below and a 7/11 right by your stay

Cons:

The odour emitted from the bathroom was quite something. When I first got there it wasn’t so bad but as the days went on so did the smell. Also was super loud cause it’s on the main road

Cons:

EVERYTHING! The pungent odour from the bathroom hit your nose like a freight train. Absolutely sickening. My partner had to pack her bag on the balcony as the smell almost induced vomit. The room was 100% unclean. Kitchenette drawers smelt like soil. The walls were covered in moths head to toe, behind the bed, above the wardrobe! The balcony was full of piles of dirt. We had to sleep in sleeping bag liners to avoid being bitten by the bugs. We brushed our teeth in the kitchenette because the bathroom smell was eye watering. We tried to contact the owner to change room but there’s is not staff after 9:30 and the owner didn’t respond to the messages the day after either not even by mid day. Finally got in contact with the owner and she did not care one bit and she was absolutely vile over the phone and verbally abusive in her tone. Absolutely the worst place we’ve stayed on our backpacking journey. No complimentary water in room as stated on the booking. Fridge needs a good clean amongst everything else. Beds hard as bricks just to top it all off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY…AND YOUR HEALTH!

Thief’s and scam
Pros:

this hotel are thief’s !!! they took my money and refuse to refund, even booking does not do anything and is not able to be contacted. This property is closed and will steal your money and you would have to find another hotel in emergency !!!!

Cons:

It’s a scam, hotel is closed and keep accepting booking and take your money that you would never see again !!! Total scam do not book !!! Even at tje airport taxis says to not go because it’s close !!! scammer, shame on these people

Pros:

This is not a serviced hotel. Its a flat above a chemist where all the drug addicts hang around. No security at all, no service desk/reception, no housekeeping at all, no sense of safety at all!
Expedia wipe thwir hands as its a 'non-refundable' deal.
How can expedia advertise without verifying the property!?

Nothing as advertised.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Couldn't get my room serviced. Lady said cleaner comes wednesday. I was there for two wednesdays and still nobody serviced the room. Even had to buy toilet paper.

A great place to explore Maenam
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Maenam, just steps away from the morning market. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the food in the restaurants nearby is delicious.
