התאכזבנו מאוד, הפעם הקודמת שלנו במלון היתה הרבה יותר מוצלחת

המיקום של המלון , התאמצו כדי שיהיה לנו מקום במסעדה שבמלון

Cons:

החדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה מלוכלך והמיטה היתה עם מצעים לא נקיים עם חול ושערות , הועברנו חדר ואז שם לא היו מים חמים והדלת לא ננעלה , הועברנו שוב חדר שגם הוא עם דלת מקלחת שלא נסגרת וידית שבורה. לדעתי בהזמנה היתה ארוחת בוקר אך במלון אמרו שזה לא כולל.

לקחנו חדר דלאקס חדר מרווח עם מרפסת , המיקום של המלון קרוב לחוף הילטון המהמם, השירות של הבנות בקבלה היה מעולה .
ושווה גם לקבוע ארוחת ערב בקפה פופולאר אנחנו מאוד נהננו.

מומלץ מאוד. מיקום מרכזי. וניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאוד.

לקחנו חבילה ללא ארוחת בוקר, קיבלנו שדרוג חדר בלי שביקשו, וגם תוספת של יין ושוקולד לאווירה רומנטית. חדר עם אמבטיה וטלוויזיה מתכווננת למיטה או לספה. סבון עם ריח מצויין השירות היה מעולה של vip גם לאחר שעזבנו את המקום. מומלץ בהחלט!

Cons:

קצת היה מוזר שרוב עובדי המלון לא דוברי עברית בכלל.
אבל עם זאת היו מאוד אדיבים ושירותיים. ובמיוחד המנהל שידאג לנו באופן אישי
