The hotel is nice central and clean
Unfortunately, our experience with the hostess at the hotel bar was extremely unpleasant. She was unfriendly, inflexible, and frankly quite obnoxious in the way she dealt with us.
We had been given two complimentary vouchers for chasers at the bar. We came down to use them just a few minutes after 11pm, only to discover that the small print stated they were valid until 11pm.
We understood that technically we were a few minutes late, but the way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary. There was no flexibility or goodwill whatsoever, and the hostess made us feel very uncomfortable over something so minor.
It was a small incident, but the attitude and treatment left such a negative impression that I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

חדר ממש ממש קטן, אחד הקטנים ששהיתי בהם. החדר בעצם היה הממד וכמעט ואין בו כלום. שילמנו מחיר גבוה לטעמי לחדר כזה קטן. היה צפוף מאוד .חוץ מזה היה בסדר
