אהבתי את החדר מאוד,מרווח ונקי.
הריח במלון נוראי בגלל שהכניסה למלון לתוך מסעדה .ריח חזק של על האש ומטבח איך שנכנסים ובמעלית ועולה מבחוץ גם למרפסת החדר.
למים החמים במקלחת לוקח מעל 10 דק להגיע.
וקצת הפריע לי שהמענה בקבלה ובטלפון רק באנגלית. שברתי שיניים וזה לא היה מזמין ונוח.

Good central location. Walking distance from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and I got upgraded to a bigger room. Clean, all amenities were good including a Nespresso machine in the room which is invaluable when you need to go out early before the café’s in the area open for breakfast.

עד כדי כך שלא יכולתי להיכנס לחדר השירותים בצורה נוחה ובטוחה.
בנוסף, מדובר היה בחדר עם התאמה לנכים דבר שלא נאמר לנו מראש. לצערי, חשוב מאוד ליידע אורחים מראש לגבי סוג החדר שהם מקבלים.
המצב היה מאוד מסוכן, שכן המים עמדו על הרצפה ויכלו להסתיים חלילה בנפילה קשה או פציעה.
הכיסא בחדר היה עם כתם לבן ולא אסתטי, דבר שיצר תחושת חוסר ניקיון.
בנוסף, המקלחת לא הייתה תקינה.
היה ריח לא נעים במקלחת .

הכל. המיקום מושלם. אמצע העיר קרוב לכל מקום. החדר נוח מאד. יש בו כל מה שצריך. נקי מאד. המרפסת נהדרת. מקלחת טובה.
היו עבודות בכביש מטעם העיריה שהרעישו בלילה. מצאנו אוזן קשבת מצד צוות המלון והמנהלת וטופל לשביעות רצוננו.
