The location and parking

Cons:

I reached hotel at 2 pm. The staff at the reception was enticing me to give up the lotus suite room which I booked and instead take a smaller room. I insisted that I want the one which I booked and asked me to wait if I need it. So waited for an hour and got the room. But the room was not properly house kept. The toilet has hairs. Around 11 30 at night , my room fire alarm sounded and I was fast asleep and I lost my sleepy from then. Then, I tried to sleep again in the morning and then came again the alarm at 10 Am. The reception confirmed both alarms were false alarms. I frequently stayed at this hotel and the service and quality of stay declined in the last 1 year period. Now I decided that I will stay here ever.
