Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach nur Top!!! Nicht mal 10 Schritte Marmaray, 7 min zu Fuss Eminönü, 10min Sultan Ahmet Gülhane Ayasofya.

Cons:

Hygiene war okey. Könnte besser sein. Aber ansonsten top!

Een vies, onveilig en zeer teleurstellend hotel dat totaal niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet.

Helaas kan ik hier niets positiefs over zeggen. Mijn verblijf voldeed totaal niet aan mijn verwachtingen.

Cons:

Mijn verblijf was zeer teleurstellend. Mijn horloge is tijdens mijn verblijf gestolen, wat een erg onveilig gevoel gaf. Daarnaast waren de kamers vies en troffen we voortdurend beestjes aan. De foto’s en beschrijving op Booking komen absoluut niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ook ben ik zeer ontevreden over het personeel; mijn klachten werden niet serieus genomen en er werd geen passende oplossing geboden. Ik zou dit hotel dan ook niet aanbevelen.

Die Lage und Frühstück

Nach Buchung kamen wir im Hotel an, erst wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben das eher ein Loch war auf meine ein anderes Zimmer vielleicht mit Schrank und mobel, bekamen wir ein Zimmer, neu renoviert aber sonst katastrophal, kein Schrank der sei bestellt kein Tisch und Stuhl der sei bestellt da wir zur Hochzeit in Istanbul waren hatten wir Abendkleider dabei aber wo aufhängen. Ich wollte Kleiderbügel die ich erst in der Dusche sauber machen. Auf meine fragen kein Tisch kein Stuhl brachte er von der lobi ein Tisch Stuhl das ich erst gründlich in der Dusche sauber machen musste, auf meine Anfrage Kühlschrank da es übel heiß ist, mit Haare im Kühlschrank Wasserkochen auf Anfrage ekelik. Dann ein ekelLig Kissen das machen von außen sah bzw das Innere Haare auf dem Bett Flecken, ich war dann nicht mehr so nett und habe alles zusammengepackt und neue Bettwäsche bestellt. Das ich dann selber überzogen habe. Es war ein Hotel das gerade renoviert wurde und es nur ums verdienen ging. Einnahme aber alles unfertig und nicht geputzt. Es war für mich zwei drei Tage nur ein hin und her an die lobi. Also ein Zimmer mit Bett sonst nichts und das nicht mal sauber und in dem Stock war ein offener Raum der als Abstellraum war übel schmutzig. Das war das übelste Hotel was wir bis jetzt gehabt haben.

A Perfect Stay for Me and My Children

My children and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was excellent, very clean, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating whenever we asked for anything extra. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta szobák, csak nekünk a kicsit szűk volt, mert szeretünk sokat vásárolni.
Pros:

Minden elérhető távolságra, éttermek az utcában, a környéken rengeteg vásárlási lehetőség, a nagy bazár kb. 10 perc, Eminömü komp állomás 7 perc séta. A személyzet segítőkész, beszélnek angolul, mindig van valaki akit kérdezni lehet ha információra van szükség. Mi az ISTANBUL CARD miatt kértünk infót, ki is jött az állomásra és megmutatta, hogy kell feltölteni.

Cons:

A szoba lehetne nagyobb, igaz mi egy 20kg bőrönddel érkeztünk és 3x20 kg-al jöttünk el 7 nap után, így már kicsit szűkös volt az utolsó napon. A reggeli lehetne változatosabb, többféle felvágottal, amúgy finom és friss volt minden. Sok a settenkedő éhes macska a reggelinél és elég szemtelenek néha, erre figyelni kell ha valaki tart a kóbor állatoktól.

goede locatie overal goed te bereiken. personeel aardig en de ontbijt was okay. de shops zijn dichtbij en alle atrakties zijn ook dichtbij met een kleine loopafstand.

beter en sneller oplossingen maken voor problemen. bij ons viel de kast twee keer op ons en toen we dat aangaven zeiden ze dat ze het gingen oplossen maar hebben ze dat niet gedaan bij de tijd dat we weggingen. De kameres en douche zagen er ook anders uit dan in de foto, bed was anders en douche had geen glasverdeleling met de wc waardoor alles nat werd wanneer je doucht. Ook geven ze geen zeep of shampoo terwijl dat wel de verwachting is. ook was er geen waterkoker alhoewel in de advertensie stond dat die er was. de uitzicht was maar op de straat voor mijn hoogte (level 4) misschien hogere levels konden wel de zee zien. Ook negeerde de huishouden de do not disturb or enter sign die we gebruikten en gingen ze iedere dag gewoon naar binnen om schoon te maken. de kluis dat altijd aangeboden is was dicht en konden we niet eens open krijgen om er wat in te doen. als laatst de lift, zo klein past maar 1 a 2 personen in.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations. The housekeeping staff would only make the bed and clean the bathroom, but they did not change the towels or bed sheets regularly. Even after I complained, they only changed them after I specifically requested it.
I was also given a different room from the one I had originally booked. The actual room looked very different from the photos shown on the website, which clearly do not seem to be updated.
Unfortunately, there were cockroaches and other small insects in the room, which was extremely unpleasant. The hotel also does not provide complimentary water, coffee, or tea, which is disappointing considering the price I paid per night.
The only positive things about this hotel are its location and the breakfast. Other than that, I honestly do not think it is worth the price. I have stayed in much cleaner and better-organized hotels in good locations for less money.
I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.
