Pros:

Super hôtel pour se poser une journée avant de reprendre l’avion
Le petit dej, la piscine et la chambre sont top.
Les soins reçus au spa de grandes qualités
Et le personnel extrêmement attentionné et chaleureux

Cons:

Juste les matelas des transats de piscine, ça serait sympa de refaire la protection

Absolutely divine- a tropical oasis brimming with the most personable, friendly and positive staff I’ve ever experienced
Pros:

It was stunning! The gardens were immaculate and tropical, every detail was so considered and it felt like a jungle haven! It was traditional Balinese but felt 5 star in western terms. I will never stay anywhere else in sanur again, this place just makes me so happy

Our second holiday at the Alantara upon leaving wanting to book our third holiday.
Pros:

Warm and friendly welcome. Staff went above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Excellent location food plentiful and amazing great selection. Room excellent air conditioning small fridge toiletries topped up as and when used. Bottled water provided also tea coffee sugar and creamer.

L’établissement est magnifique dans un style balinais de toute beauté
Le personnel est adorable et dévoué
Le restaurant sert une nourriture variée mais un peu chère pour Bali
Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses mais manquent un peu de chaleur

Cons:

L’espace transat à la piscine est assez réduit et, si vous ne squattez pas à 7 h du matin il est difficile de s’allonger
L’hotel est loin du centre mais il y a une navette et les Grab ne coûtent pas cher

Beautiful calm garden oasis with lovely pool and beautiful rooms…
Pros:

The rooms, garden and pool are all beautiful. Quiet and peaceful and so relaxing to spend time around the hotel. Staff are so friendly too. Had a wonderful 60 minute massage - such a wonderful place to stay.

Cons:

Location could be an issue but a big plus for me. A short walk to the Main Street of sanur and only 5 mins by bike/car. And so quiet and a peaceful retreat.
