Nice stay with spacious room
Pros:

Staff where super friendly, room was clean and tidy and spacious, bonus points for being able to access Netflix, 15 minutes walk from Paddington station

Cons:

Check in is between 3pm and 9pm after that there’s a charge so be where that you need to get there between that time, if you have anything planned plan around this

Great accommodation with everything you need for a short stay either over night or for a few days.

La posizione eccezionale ed equidistante da molte attrattive

Cons:

Un sooggiorno di 4 giorni perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posto tranquillo lontano dal trafficpo ma vicino a metro e autobus che collegano a tutti i posti di maggior interesse.

Struttura pulita e accogliente, situata in un'ottima zona fornita di numerosi locali e a breve distanza dalle stazioni della metropolitana di Queensway e Bayswater. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Struttura rinnovata e accogliente. A 8 minuti dalla metro. Staff gentile

Cons:

Regole sul check-in da rispettare altrimenti ci sono delle penali. Quindi consiglio di valutarle prime. Hanno un piano sotto terra ma la stanza è più grande con angolo cottura, quindi se non sei claustrofobico va più che bene

Great value for money, really happy with our stay here!
Pros:

Really nice neighbour hood, the staff were friendly and had plenty of amenities in the room. Air con was perfect as we stayed during a warm weekend in London.

Cons:

Nothing really, if anything the location was great but we would probably decide to stay more central next time.

Ottima posizione, pessima camera
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino ad Hyde Park.
L’hotel era a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington, ed era anche vicino a molte fermate del bus e della metropolitana.
La signora delle pulizie spagnola, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, è stata super gentile con noi.
Grazie a lei, il punteggio è stato alzato di 3 punti!

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato la "Camera Matrimoniale" e purtroppo al momento del check-in abbiamo scoperto che non rispecchiava minimamente le foto viste su Booking.com.
La stanza è MOLTO più piccola di come sembra nelle foto, per non parlare del bagno in cui non entrano due persone contemporaneamente.
In particolare la doccia: decisamente grande la metà rispetto a quella delle fotografie. Abbiamo persino trovato dei peli sul piatto doccia e lo stesso piatto doccia si presentava con una crepa rattoppata con del silicone bianco.
Abbiamo richiesto al ragazzo della reception di poter soggiornare nella camera da noi prenotata, o almeno in una più pulita, ma non è stato per niente disponibile, dicendo di non avere stanze più grandi di quella a noi data.
Purtroppo per loro nei corridoi c’era una piantina dell’edificio, quindi abbiamo potuto confermare questa presa in giro.
Per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, almeno da parte del personale, quindi non lo consiglio.
