Great bathroom, clean facility, and relatively quiet.
Pros:

The location is great - walking distance to a few things and in a relatively quiet area.

Cons:

The room was stuffy until we opened the window (but then people outside can see into the room), and the bed was a bit too hard.

Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist nahe Hyde Park und unweit von Paddington Station.

Cons:

Check-in Zwiten nur bis 21.00 Uhr finde ich für ein 4-Stern Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir auch eher unfreundlich begrüsst. Die Dame beim Check-out war aber äusserst freundlich.

Excellent, well-located and recently modernised.
Pros:

Very nicely modernised building, with quality fittings throughout. Well equipped rooms. Black-out curtains were great. AC worked very well. Small built-in kitchen in cupboard with fridge, stove-top and vent, and all the basic cutlery and crockery you'd need. Lovely modern bathroom with a good-sized shower stall and a place to put toiletries. Very clean when I arrived, and daily cleaning was thorough. It's well-located near shops, a pub and Hyde Park, and only 10 minutes walk to Paddington.

Cons:

Double bed was fine for just me, but would have been cramped for two. Duvet likewise.

Perfect stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

It is a beautiful building in a quiet area close to Kensington gardens and Hyde park, also close to Paddington stations and the high street with lots to do. Chaker on reception was amazing probably the most enthusiastic, happy & helpful hotel receptionist we’ve met :)

I was on the lower ground floor and it was exceptionally noisy in the morning.
I was woken early and the noise continued til I checked out.

si je devais retourner à Londres, je choisirai cet hotel.
Pros:

Tout a été parfait, le réceptionniste achraf était formidable! l'emplacement est extraordinaire, à pieds ou en transport, on peut se rendre partout, avec au moins 2 lignes de bus dont l'arret est à proximité immédiate.
