Room was good and although location was a bit chaotic it wasn’t noisy.
Pros:

Helpful staff. Made airport pick up easy. Comfortable bed. Good air con.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t incredibly clean. Very busy location.

Pros:

Персонал очень отзывчивый и контактный. Хороший персонал в ресторане, где проходил завтрак. Еда на завтраках европейская в большинстве и вкусная. Кровати с мягкими матрацами. Бассейн не посещали, так что ни чего сказать не можем. Но, супружеские пары с малыми детьми в не купались и им понравилось.

Cons:

Номера с видом на пешеходную улицу в выходные дни вряд-ли смогут уснуть.
Для полноценного отдыха после экскурсий (а их в окрестностях Ханоя не мало) надо брать номера с видом на внутреннюю часть отела.

If the street wasn't too noisy, for sure I would comeback to this cute hotel.
Pros:

I loved the food, authentic Vietnamese food, and the service was really good. Staff very friendly

Cons:

The location, its right in the middle of beer street, and for my first time in Hanoi, I didn't expect to be that noisy at night.

Historisches Hotel mitten in Old Town.
Gepflegt und alles da was man benötigt, Tourbuchung, Geldwechsel, Wäscheservice.
Der Pool ist schön erfrischend.

Cons:

Es ist laut in der Straße, es wird aber angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln wenn man nicht schlafen kann. Etwas kleine Zimmer.

Tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück, saubere Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, aber es war alles sauber und hat funktioniert.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Great location to explore Old Quarter
Pros:

Property was conveniently located in Old Quarter and walking distance to Hoam Kiem Lake.
Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious.
Laundry services cheap and efficient.
Pool to use at the end of the day lovely.

Central and friendly
Pros:

The reception when we arrived was one of the most genuine I've ever had, ever.
The pool was refreshing (we threw the kids in but didn't get in ourselves, but the kids loved it)

The staff were great and the breakfast team was so friendly. There weren't many vegetarian options so the staff helped me navigate the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

We originally booked the balcony room, facing the street. We read the reviews about noise so we knew what we were getting ourselves in for, but it was too much even for those of us who go to bed late. But we swapped rooms into an internal room and slept like babies. Maybe the balcony rooms are better for the young who are still out late haha. In saying there was noise, I knew about it so I only blame myself, however the hotel's response to changing rooms was excellent. I would happily stay at the hotel again in future, but definitely not one of the street facing rooms.
