Pros:

Totul a fost la superlativ , un hotel de nota 20 cu plus .
Confort absolut , priveliște spectaculoasa , mâncarea diversificata și bine gătită .
Echipa de personal foarte bine pregătită, prietenosa , în special o domnișoară frantuzoaică .
Felicitări echipei TURIM.!

Pros:

El trato y la amabilidad del personal, sobretodo los que más tratamos, los trabajadores del restaurante, son todos estupendos. Destaco la limpieza de las instalaciones. Zona tranquila de Portimao pero a un paseo de 15 minutos de la Playa da Rocha. Volvería a repetir.

Hotel limpio y muy bien situado
Pros:

Me encantó la atención del personal de este hotel. Hugo en la recepción que nos atendió el día que llegamos. Profesional y muy simpático. Luego Anissa y Antonio, que nos recibían cada mañana y noche en la puerta del comedor. Que dos grandes profesionales, que simpatía y siempre con algún comentario agradable con cada uno de los clientes. Son lo mejor del hotel!! Además nos ha gustado mucho las habitaciones, grandes, limpias, con camas cómodas y un baño grande con una ducha muy chula. El desayuno estupendo, las cenas con algún pequeño detalle a mejorar, como que los entrantes que estaban muy ricos siempre fueran fríos cuando realmente hay que comerlo caliente ( por ejemplo croquetas).
Por otro lado la situación del hotel es genial, cerca de todo pero con suficiente intimidad para dormir sin jaleo ni bullicio de gente.

Pros:

Yes the property is close to the beach if you are staying for afronation. And the cleaning staff specifically are very good and super fast.

Cons:

The staff at the property were insanely hostile and rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a highly rated hotel. The experience I had at TURIM was one of which a 2-3 star hotel would be. The staff did not supply our room with the regular disposable things like shower caps, toothbrush’s ect. When I asked the staff for some she reluctantly gave us some after saying NO, and her colleague said we can have some. I can only assume it was a racist move on the hotels part as they decided not to stock the rooms booked for the Afronation festival. Why else would they not want to use their disposable things on those PAYING to stay with them. It makes no sense. The EXTRA COST of breakfast was also not worth it, every day for 6 days it was the same food - no variety at all and they don’t offer take away like most highly rated hotels would. Furthermore, when I asked toilet papery to be brought up to our room, they said I have to go down and get it myself. That’s poor service from a highly rated place. Not only this, they did not help us with baggage to the room, they did not explain who we can call to contact reception AND they did not replenish our towels upon request.

L'hôtel est correct et fait l'affaire pour un petit séjour, chambre propre, bon emplacement.

Il y a encore des améliorations à apporter au niveau du service. C'est la première fois (dans un hôtel 4*) que l'on nous indique que les serviettes de plage ne sont remplacées que tous les 2 jours, alors qu'elles sont utilisées quotidiennement, mouillées et remplies de sable. Il est regrettable d'avoir dû négocier leur remplacement chaque jour à la réception. Merci toutefois à Maria, qui s'est montrée compréhensive, contrairement à une de ses collègues dont l'attitude a été beaucoup moins agréable.
Le petit-déj est assez décevant, avec des produits qui manquent de qualité.
Enfin, un point important concerne les chambres donnant sur rue : l'isolation est insuffisante. Le trafic est audible toute la nuit.
Pour notre dernier jour, un petit-déj à emporter nous a été proposé, mais il était très décevant. De plus, nous avions communiqué en amont des contraintes alimentaires qui n'ont malheureusement pas été respectées.

Quartos espaçosos com vista muito boa! O atendimento da funcionária Florência na recepção foi simplesmente sensacional, profissionalismo e educação 5 estrelas!

Cons:

Do restaurante do Hotel. Chegamos no dia 09 e o meu aniversário dia 11, pedi para reservarem mesa para o jantar de aniversário e disseram que não haveria necessidade e que não faziam marcações. No dia 10 voltei a falar e disseram nos que não faziam reservas. No dia 11 às 19h30 estávamos à entrada do restaurante para jantarmos , 5 pessoas e não havia mesa para acomodar o grupo, o senhor que estava a fazer o “acolhimento” a entrada informou nos que não podia alterar as posições das mesas, só podia entrar uma pessoa para verificar o local melhor para todos, o que queria dizer que esta pessoa teria que ir acompanhada do funcionário e voltar dizia alguma coisa ao grupo e depois voltar para ver novamente, impensável! O valor 30€ por pessoa para ficarmos mal acomodados? Numa mesa de jantar pequena para 4 e a 5a pessoa ficar numa esquina com passagem de pessoas? Falta de formação, falta de interesse e respeito pelos hóspedes e clientes. Falta de delicadeza no trato com portugueses que pagam as tarifas e impostos.
O que compensou foi o meu filho ter pedido ao senhores do Bar para fazerem uma surpresa e foi gratificante, educados e prestativos conseguiram um bolo (doce gelado delicioso) para cantarmos os parabéns .
De resto tudo muito bom e muito agradável!!
