Good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Cons:

You really need to put hooks for towels in the bathroom. An exhaust fan wood be good, too. Lastly, the shower is very slippery. Dangerously so.

Great hotel to stay in whilst in Belfast
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and let us in to our room much earlier, at 12.30pm rather than 3pm because it was made up
Very close to the train station.
Really couldn't fault this hotel.

Stayed at other Maldron but Belfast did not impress like the others.
Pros:

The Hotel was in a good location
Reception Staff were helpful. Our rooms weren’t made up on 2nd day till very late so we only had our towels replaced. Breakfast was as ok but often ran out of things, staff forget things asked for. The 2nd day we were there apparently the hotel performed some update to their key card system it was very frustrating. Couldn’t access lifts, no entry to our room, replacement key cards didn’t work and this all happened in the middle of the day.
Overall whilst we were ok with our stay the above issues were disappointing and would probably stay elsewhere next time.
