Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was outstanding and we'll run by Jackie . Although bust it flowed well . Food choices were plentiful , cooked well and presented nicely .
Twin deluxe rooms Although they were a bit on the very small side, had everything we needed and were cleaned and towels , tea ,biscuits, etc replenished daily . A small fridge would have been an advantage but then again the rooms were too small to accommodate this .

Size of room was a bit too small for Deluxe title . Lack of fridge was a slight disappointment for keeping drinks chilled.
Beds were a bit narrow .

Everything regarding breakfast. Very poor selection. Empty baskets we had to ask the staff to refill. No fridge in the rooms. The ice machines in all floors were out of ordee
The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the train station and close to the city centre, on a quiet back street.
The room was nice, clean and with the amenities as described!
What I liked less was the lack of human touch, reception understaffed, looking busy all the time, encouraged to check in / out digitally. I think never the receptionist saluted or acknowledged us during our stay, always seem to busy to do it. Maybe this is the modern way of take the money, provide the service but no welcome or goodby
