Cons:

This hotel could have received a rating of 9 or a little less like the other hotels in the Residence Inn chain. However, it was impossible to sleep in the room because of the noise from the air conditioner. We stayed there for two nights and after the first night we went to the receptionist and told her that the noise was unbearable. She asked us if we thought the noise was more than usual in the other rooms... We told her that we didn't know but that it was not normal and she said she would send someone to check. Indeed, someone later arrived who checked, took the lid off, put it back in place and said he would inform his supervisor... After that we left the hotel and on the second night there was also unbearable noise from the air conditioner. In conclusion, it is unreasonable to pay $180 per night to not be able to sleep all night. Overall score 1

Pros:

War alles sehr gut für eine Nacht zwischen zwei Flügen. Ruhig und große Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Shuttle Service war nicht so zuverlässig. Wir hatten um 12:30 einen Transfer zum Flughafen gebucht, war erst um 13 Uhr nach erneuter Nachfrage da. Also hier großzügig Zeit einplanen.

Great option for airport overnight
Pros:

Shuttle. Breakfast. Big room with kitchenette. Clean. Staff. Gym and pool. A few stores and restaurants near by.

Cons:

Ventilation in rooms was loud, blew right on one bed and we couldn’t turn it off.

It was fine. Shuttle was good.

It was a beautiful hotel and clean.

Cons:

I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.
