Was very clean amd very nice staff
The bridge which drop u directly to Elharam was under mentenance .. so the walk under the sun was a bit tiring however it was only 7 min walk.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Makkah. The entire staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and polite. From the moment I checked in, I received excellent treatment. I especially appreciated the gentleman who assisted me on my first day and kindly guided me to a location where I could see the Holy Kaaba. I unfortunately cannot remember his name, but his kindness made a wonderful first impression.
I would also like to sincerely thank Thamer, who was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were excellent as well—they always listened carefully to my requests and made sure everything was done properly.
Even the staff member who greeted me every day with a smile and kindly opened the elevator for me added a special touch to my stay. The professionalism, hospitality, and kindness of the entire team made my experience at Sheraton Makkah truly memorable.

This was my first experience at a hotel on this side of the Haram. Location-wise, it's only a 5–8 minute walk from the extension. The hotel itself was great , everything was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were very polite throughout my stay, and the upstairs prayer room was impressive , very nice and spotless.
Lack of shops and restaurants nearby. The area does get quite crowded during prayer time.
The staff were very nice, kind, and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great. The hotel’s location was also excellent, being conveniently close to Al Haram.
A special thank you to the gracious lady at reception for her warm welcome and for the kind upgrade she provided me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to ask for her name so I could mention her personally, but I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. 🙏
