Pros:

Excellent service, traditional luxury feel, very comfortable. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Bridge was out of service due to masjid expansion work, due to be completed by Ramadhan 2027.

Everything went perfectly. Reception staff were extremely helpful with everyhting making it all go smoothly. Breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Good value for money
Pros:

It is clean and close to the haram. staff was good and was a good hotel for the money. please use the massage chairs on the left after the elevators. they were amazing after finishing umrah.

Cons:

The escalator bridge was out of service due to Haram expansion, so we had to walk uphill going from and to the Haram. That was quite exhausting.

Very friendly staff all the way from the main door till front desk. Good restaurant. Excellent housekeeping services. And the best feature being able to hear the live broadcast of masjid haram in the hotel mosque and hotel rooms
